Kandis is a tremendous yoga teacher! Her upbeat personality and sharp sense of humor are great for an early morning class. And most of all she is an extremely knowledgeable professional.
Justin is AWESOME. Working with justin has been a lot of fun. Not only with strength trainining, but flexibility and core training with yoga and acroyoga with my girlfriend and I. I go to justin to boost my workouts and mix things up. I'm a functional movement based sports doctor and I can tell you that I'm impressed with Justin's approach to exercise and wellness. No matter how much you think you know, you'll still learn more, reach your goals faster, and benefit from seeing an experienced and knowledgeable trainer like Justin. He's also big on nutrition, which is fundamental to being and feeling healthy. His company Kula Wellness also does meal prep which is pretty cool. 5 stars!!
Monk is a great Yoga instructor. He is very punctual. He is very patient and has been teaching us yoga at our pace and customizes the sessions according to our body needs. We really enjoy working with him.

Sierra is a wonderful yoga teacher that I have been working with for over 2+ years. Her classes offer a time for students to meditate and calm their minds, as well as stretch their bodies. She's able to adapt positions to help the many different needs of her students. She is quite knowledgeable and constantly learning and sharing her knowledge with her students.
I have tried yoga several times in my life, and it never stuck. I always thought I was not flexible enough or strong enough. But after hearing from my friend about their experience working with Holly, I decided to give it one more try, and I am so happy I did. It has truly changed my life and now I can move better and breathe better. I look forward to my yoga session every week even if I am tired and especially if I am stressed out. When I was busy with a work project Holly was very accomodating with my schedule. The one on one session works much better for me than the group classes I tried before.
Karen was a great instructor. She was sensitive to a few of my injuries, and modified my yoga to help me relax. What an awesome, beautiful person!
Christine recently started coming to my house to help me learn yoga. She spends a lot of teaching me stretches, which is very helpful before doing yoga poses. Her simple guidance has been invaluable in improving balance. Love her calm, positive energy.
My experience with Ferox Yoga was a very pleasant and informative experience. When I scheduled a private session with Claire, she was very quick to respond, and she provided me with a questionnaire that addressed all of my needs, goals, and noted any injuries I have/had. I am a male individual in my late twenties, and I lift weights about 4-5 times a week. I don't have too much experience in yoga, and I'm not all that flexible. A few years back, I had spent about five months recovering from a lower back injury from doing deadlifts improperly. Since then, I've recovered, but I've noticed a lack of strength in my lower back which I noted in Claire's questionnaire. Once we began the private lesson, she assured me I didn't require any previous experience. We focused heavily on my form and breathing through many of the starting poses, and she showed me a lot of different exercises that helped to strengthen my lower back. Claire was extremely supportive and patient throughout the entire lesson. Also, her bubbliness and kindness are one of a kind! My first experience with Ferox Yoga was amazing. By the end of the session, my entire body felt energized, and I had gained more knowledge from Claire about yoga than I'd ever had. She was a great instructor, and she did such a great job accommodating me considering my lack of experience and past injury. I would highly recommend her regardless if you are an avid yogin, recovering from an injury, or totally new to yoga. She is great!

My experience with So was always never to miss doing a class with So. She cared about the students and spent time showing us in the best way possible. She was very generous in her love for Yoga
Yoga for me tends to be hit or miss. The instructor can make or break your experience. That said, I've really enjoyed my classes with Apoorva. Her calming energy and patient approach to teaching makes her classes both relaxing and instructive. I always leave feeling more connected, more refreshed and with a smile :)
Danelle was great! For a bridal shower, we did yoga before the formal shower. She and I did a quick call to talk through things before and she came ready with a bridal playlist. When she arrived, she made it a point to chat and get to know the bride and others. The yoga was both fun and light-hearted but everyone still got a lot out of it. We had a large range of folks including someone who is in courses to get her instructor license to others who have only done it once or twice as well as pregnant mothers. She was very attentive and great at providing options/adjustments for everyone as needed. It was a great time and everyone loved it!
I have known Alia for a very long time now and worked with her for about two years. She was the perfect trainer for me because of her background in Yoga. I have back and knee problems from when I played soccer and Volleyball and she was very responsive to that and knew all the right workouts and stretches. She kicked my butt with out out hurting me further. So if you are someone who has any kind of back problem or anything really she can work around that! Thank you Alia for your service and pushing me to be my best :)
I have taken class with Rebecca for over 8 years. Her classes are full of spirit, laughter and soul. She is particularly wonderful at teaching alignment. I cannot imagine my yoga journey without her guidance. She is a fantastic teacher and person.
I walked in anxious, self conscious about my body, skill & ignorance concerning yoga; my mind filled & worry laden, my body dejected & my spirit overwhelmed...I walked away clear minded, peaceful, calm and dazzling within myself. Maureen was patient, she taught me how to listen to my body & breathing, gently guiding me through technique for maximum benefit! LOVED IT!!! I got sooo many compliments on my "essence or aura" today & I plain old "Feel Good all Over," like Stephanie Mills sang...Lol... I will Definitely be back!

if you are looking for an experienced but fun yoga instructor, Elika is your woman! She not only is very knowledgable in targeting your problem areas, her approach treats the mind and whole body. She is great for mommies to be and mommies with families! Love this instructor!
Gina took a very personal approach when we started our lessons. I suffered from sciatic pain after a lower back/ spasm injury due to a bulging disk so decided to try yoga to help strengthen my lower back and lessen my pain. She was always prepared with different poses to improve my health. She has a true passion for the practice and helping her patients. Gina was in it for the journey with me and I really appreciated that.
