I found 3 Little Birds on Thumbtack and instantly fell in love with the way Jessica and Dustin communicated and worked with me and my fiancé! We hired them as day of wedding planners and got an initial meet &a greet, timeline meeting, wedding rehearsal and the day of. Here's what makes them 5 stars. Dustin is an absolute gem and has the creative view to help pull the wedding day together. He used bridesmaid bouquets as extra decor, reused ceremony flowers for the reception and helped with every detail including me asking him to move some things around when they didn't look exactly how I pictured them. He checked in throughout the night and was amazing! Jessica is everything you could ever want in a wedding planner and she is absolutely wonderful. Organized. Thorough. Great communication. But honestly the entire wedding day and night she kept asking me and my husband if needed anything. She bustled my dress for me, brought us appetizers and drinks and honestly made me feel like a princess. I had no worries the entire night! I highly recommend you have them stay to help clean up, it was a god send. Thank you Jessica and Dustin!!

Rolanda is amazing! Not only did she help me plan every aspect of my wedding, but she helped me plan my bridal shower and Bachelorette party too. Not only is she detail oriented, but always on time to every appointment we had. She is very assessable via phone or text and always helped out anytime I had questions and concerns. Seeing that this was my first marriage, I was so confused on where to begin and she took the stress out of my hands and planned an amazing event for me and my husband. I am so glad I trusted her with my special day. She also took some awesome pictures and provided those to me at no additional charge. I would highly recommend her!
I had the best experience with the girls of One Last Frog! I had a wedding, they coordinated and it was phenomenal! We were able to sit down and I gave a clear and concise idea of how I NEEDED my wedding day to go and they were on top of it the whole day and it took so much stress off my back which allowed me to enjoy my day. Not to mention the complementary mimosa bar that was set up in the bridal room, such a thoughtful and appreciate touch! If I could do it over again I would for sure choose these ladies of One Last Frog!
There aren't enough positive things to say about Sanaz. She is like that fairy godmother that you just want to have around to perfect and make pretty everything in your life, especially your wedding. She goes above and beyond for the all the details she manages. She literally keeps you on task from the minute you start working with her to the end of the wedding, and even post-wedding. She has an inclusive network of vendors and artists and she has a great taste in arts. She helped up to go through the whole process and gave us advice on choosing the right vendors. She also knows local artists. She introduces us to a ceramic artist for our favors and she made cute ornaments as our favors. I strongly recommend Sanaz for wedding planning.
Joanna was great, she bartended a bridal shower that I hosted. She was punctual, and brought her own bar and setup. She was so sweet, and even offered to help cleanup.Will definitely use her again.
LCA organized the bridal shower for my dear friend, Ester Yesayan. Everything was very well coordinated from the decor, to the music, to the traditional bridal shower games. Together, Mariam and Nare were able to decorate the banquet hall exactly to Ester's taste. It was quaint, original, with a touch of French country. I especially loved the floral, caged centerpieces and pastries that matched the overall theme of the party. I had a wonderful time at my friend's bridal shower, and I highly recommend LCA's services for anyone who wants a beautiful and well-organized special occasion.
Getting Susan as our wedding day of coordinator was one of the best decisions we made. At first we were unsure about even needing someone since we had many offers of help from families and friends for the day of, and we had already booked most of our vendors by ourselves. Little did we know how many details we had not considered until we met with Susan to discuss the wedding day. She was so organized and very attentive to detail. She had an itemized list of all the wedding decorations, worked with us and our vendors to get our timeline nailed, and was in constant contact with us and making sure we were still getting our boxes checked. We had a death in the immediate family a few weeks before the wedding, and Susan went beyond her duties of day of coordinator to help us during that time, offering support and advice. We also lived about an hour away from the wedding venue and even further from her but she was always accommodating. We had our wedding at the Odyssey Restaurant and it was a very tight schedule but Susan was able to work her magic and get everything set up perfectly for the ceremony and reception (decorations, party favors, candy bar, etc) with the limited amount of time that the restaurant allowed. It was wonderful having Susan be a part of our day and if we could have, we would have chosen her as our wedding planner throughout the whole process from the beginning. We would definitely recommend Susan to our friends and family for any event planning.
By far the best event planner I've ever hired!!!! Veronica is a god send!!! I tend to be very demanding and particular individual and in the past other planners that claimed to be carreer professionals have always fallen short on delivering my needs and desires for how I envision my events look feel and more importantly how I expect my guests to feel during and at the end my events. When I hired Veronica to plan my wife's baby shower the pressure was on from day one. Its was my first baby and most importantly it was a surprise for my wife, so perfection was mandatory. When I met her for our first consultation I was blown away by how prepared she was with ideas as to how our baby shower could be. I fancy myself the creative type but Veronica is on a whole new level of creativity. She was able to invision my thoughts instantly and simultaniously recommend things that I hadn't even considered!!! Her eye for design is amazing!! Her understanding of color palettes, textures, and patterns are even more on point!! Her knowledge for lighting and sound distribution is something I hadn't even considered until I met her that brought a whole new demention to my events. And the flowers!!! OMG! The flowers were those of something from a fairytale!!! Her attention to detail was that of suitable to no less then royalty. I'm a bit of a control freak, but by the follow up consultation I was beyond confident that I had hired the perfect planner and did something I hardly do and that was let her plan every single aspect of my event. So the day came and what she delivered was beyond mine and my wife's fairytale dreams. My wife was so amazed by this wonderful surprise it brought tears to her eyes and the guest hadn't even arrived! Needles to say our guest were equally blown away! Endless compliments from all as to how lovely everything turned out to be! So now Veronica will be my go-too planner from this day forward and really excited for what she has in-store for our yearly corprate holiday party 2017, personal NYE party 2017, and our sons 1st Birthday party next year. And many more events to come! Veronica thank you sooo much for your grace and talen; you have made our specials events ULTRA SPECIAL!!
Lisa was GREAT to work with when planning our wedding. She was very prompt with any requests I had and always got back to me when I had questions almost immediately. She has a great sense of style and really listened to what we wanted for our vision of the decor we had in mind for our ceremony and reception. We had EventSpell decorate and manage everything for my bridal shower and they did a phenomenal job! I was blown away at how great the tables and centerpieces looked. The wall that was decorated was truly spectacular. It takes someone with a great sense of imagination and design to have transformed the area from an empty dull clubhouse into a Great Gatsby themed shower. I was awestruck by everything because it felt like I was stepping back into time. I could not have asked for a better shower and Ishita did a great job with everything! I would highly recommend her services to anyone planning a party, wedding, shower, etc!
I needed someone who was trustworthy, honest, professional, and patient! kelly Ten Berge fulfilled all of my expectations. I met kelly through Thumbtack, when I was going through a difficult financial season. She was patient and kind in her attentiveness to my needs. After communicating with her via phone, email and text I decided she was the ideal event planner for my son's Couple's Wedding Shower. Kelly helped with finding the perfect venue which was held at the Lakewood Country Club, in the city of Lakewood. The event took approximately 3 months to plan and be executed. I can you tell Kelly never missed a beat. She did all of the telecommunications and became that middle person for me. I was so Blessed to have her, seeing that we lived hours away from each other. I was very impressed with kelly's services from the first time we met face to face. On that same day she said OK! let's get started and off we went looking at venues. I did not need to say anything, during that initial process I was just there for the ride... she did all of the enquires and collected all of the information need. Soon after I got the call from Kelly we have found the perfect venue for you special event. Kelly would keep me up to date and well informed about pricing, menu,decorations, capacity, cake, music, flowers, theme and so much more. As a matter of fact! I have a bit of a confession.... she made me feel like a movie star who had a personal assistant, I must tell you I was loving it!!!!! Kelly went over and beyond for me and we pulled off an excellent Couples Wedding Shower. Kelly was very on time with everything, if she was running behind with an answer for me, she would alert me with a text or a phone call... She sure knew how to take the stress off me. Nothing that was expected of Kelly went wrong... She gave an excellent services and I would not hesitate to use her services again as well as, recommend her services to anyone planning something special for themselves or a family member. " In planning my wedding, my goal was to find all the perfect details to make my special day one to remember. I had gone through a TON of flower consultations before I talked with Megan about doing my wedding party arrangements. After discussing my vision with her, it was clear that she was on my page with what I was searching for! I really appreciated being able to throw ideas around with her until I found exactly what I wanted through her suggestions. I didn't get any particular style shoved to me like the other florists had done a couple times prior. It was a joy to work with Megan and her staff to make my flower arrangements the most beautiful ever. Every idea that she came up with was so creative and spot on with my fall rustic theme wedding. Megan has such attention to detail and creativity in her design ideas. If it wasn't for her knowledge and passion to make the best creations possible, I wouldn't have found the perfect look for my wedding. I absolutely LOVED every piece that she made for my wedding party. From the bridesmaids gorgeous orange daisy bouquets to my beautiful white and orange bridal bouquet, and all the men (especially my husband) looks sharp with their boutonnieres. Hands down the BEST experience I've ever had, and so many amazing shots were captured of these lovely arrangements. My wedding day was perfect! I took a chance on Amber -- she was just getting her feet wet in the decor, flowering, party planning industries. There were little to no reviews to aid me in my decision -making process. I was beyond nervous to risk my big events (bridal shower and wedding invitation) with a newbie but... It was a great decision! Amber bought fresh ideas to the table. She conjured up a Beyonce themed bridal shower. It was so cute and fun! All my guests loved the décor and theme. She worked hard on my wedding invitations. What I love most about my experience with her is that she will spend the extra time researching and finding creative inspirations. She communicated thoroughly and often via phone and email regarding my invitations. We went well over 12 drafts before choosing one I loved. She was patient and very understanding which was appreciated. My favorite part about Amber’s journey is learning that she taught herself and developed her own creative skills. I’m proud of her, am happy to support and endorse her, and plan to use her in the future when I have other big events such as baby showers and birthday parties.
Mrs. Thomas did an excellent job with our 20 Wedding Anniversary celebration. Being a May bride, the pastel colors were outstanding. Her thoughtfulness as to the bridesmaid dresses was unheard of. It was her idea for the bridesmaids to choose their own dresses (must be "after 5" length) of a pastel color. This allowed the girls to wear their dresses again, not just for the vow renewal. The decorations, food, and overall flow of the day and evening was second to none. It was a great ending to a fabulous weekend that began with a Bridal Shower (I didn't have one before).
Skyla designs has definitely made my events memorable. She decorated my bridal shower which was 1920s themed. I also hired her for my birthday. Cristiana will listen to your ideas and come up with something even better than you imagined!! Her creations are amazing, she is absolutely talented! You better believe she will be hired for my baby shower!!!!
I hired Tina Shah to cater my bridal shower last September and she did such a wonderful job! The food she prepared included BBQ chicken, bow-tie pasta and this awesome coleslaw that was to die for. Each dish was so fresh and flavorful and many of the guests at my shower were asking Tina or I if they could get the recipes! In addition to the food being wonderful, she was very professional and so warm and friendly at the same time. I would hire Tina again in a heartbeat and definitely recommend her to others as well. I cant wait to try more of her food because shes truly the best!! :)
Heidi was amazing to work with when planning my little sister’s gorgeous bridal shower. Heidi was attentive to detail and came up with unique ideas to make the day extra special. She was quick to respond to emails and very professional. Heidi provided a detailed breakdown of the budget and was creative in finding alternative options to stay within budget. Heidi did a beautiful job on the décor and her floral designs were breathtaking. Heidi’s fabulous planning and décor created a special event that my family will have fond memories of for years to come. I highly recommend Heidi’s event planning, design and floral services and will turn to her for any future events.
This company is so exquisite when it comes to details. I recently threw a bridal shower, and wanted Michelle to handle every single thing so that I could enjoy the day and essentially be a guest. For a VERY reasonable price, Michelle provided everything from venue, flowers, tables, treats, catering. Every guest was blown away from the small details, such as the delicate favors to the fun photo backdrop. Everyone had an amazing day, especially the bride. I HIGHLY recommend using this company. The bride and groom has decided to use Michelle for their day of coordination due to how great the bridal shower was, and her affordability! The only downside is that she doesn't have an office, so you will have to meet her at a coffee shop to discuss any plans. other than that she was great.
Lisa planned my Bridal Shower and it was amazing! I was more than happy with the way it turned out! My colors for the wedding were blue and pink and she made sure to incorporate them in all the decorations. The decor was tasteful and beautiful. No detail was left behind. She took the time to get to know me and what I liked, and made sure to include that throughout the party. The food was catered from a healthy and fresh company (so important to me!). She picked the perfect menu that was both light and delicious, ideal for a group of ladies. As the Bride, she didn't let me worry about a thing and got all my Bridesmaids involved. She worked well with members of my family in making sure that the event went off without a hitch. The most memorial part of the party was when she interviewed me and had previously interviewed my husband and recorded his answers on a little recorder. Everyone got a kick out of listening to my hubby answer the questions and seeing how our answers were the same and sometimes very different ha! At the end of the interview, my husband came in with a bouquet of roses. It was such a surprise and brought tears to my eyes. I loved the way she incorporated him into the event. It was such a beautiful day and definitely one I will remember forever. Thank you Lisa for making it so special!
