Wedding Coordination

Chris and Dan are both amazing! Having them as our coordinators for our wedding put my husband and I at ease. They went over timelines and things to do before the big day with us and it was extremely helpful. Chris was our coordinator day of and he has the most kind, friendly aura. You will love him immediately. He was great with our guests (everyone loved him!) and especially my little nephews and niece (2, 5 and 7 years old) who were the ring bearers and flower girl. He took care of everything and we didn’t have to do anything but just enjoy the day.

Dan and Chris were amazing!! They were on top of it. They are very quick to respond to emails and phone calls. They did not dissappoint. I hired them to be day of coordinators, and my wedding day would not have run smoothly with out them. I received many compliments on how nicely everything flowed and that was all because of them. I would definitely hire them again!

Dan is one of the most hard working person I’ve ever met. Not that this means you should demand and expect a reply right away, but Dan even gets back to me at 10 pm at night sometimes just to get things done. He really cares about his clients and business. In addition, he recommends great vendors within reasonable price that should fit most budgets. Dan and the vendors he recommended made our wedding day memorable and beautiful! We couldn’t see the venue in person until the day of, and Dan was able to coordinate with just Pinterest photos and the whole setting came out beautiful, and photogenic, just like the Pinterest photos we had in mind but fits the venue and our style elegantly. I knew this was a challenge going in, but hiring Dan is one of the most important decisions I’ve ever made. Thank you Dan for making our big day stress free. Hiring a planner should def be top of your list when I panning a wedding, you’ll feel less stressed, a professional like Dan would take care of most things that you haven’t even thought of and more! Plus, Dan’s pricing is more than fair based on what he does compared to others and he does a phenomenal job. We will def hire him again for future events. Thank you Dan, we wish you nothing but success because you deserve it!

Wedding Coordination

I am one of those people that never thought that I would get a wedding planner. My wife and I planned our own wedding (a long time ago). We had the event in our yard for our daughter's wedding. There were so many moving parts to coordinate, especially under the pandemic rules (which changed every week). We had about 50 people and it went so smoothly. Everyone had a wonderful time and we could concentrate on the marriage since we had 2 VERY capable people on site making sure all the timings and pieces fit together. We had some timing problems that were prevented by the experience of the team as we were in the planning process. We are very glad that we used Creative Happens and I have already recommended them to others and it has only been about 2-3 weeks.

  • What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?

    We offer excellent low-rates for both "Day of" coordinating and full wedding/event planning. We're happy to send you a rate card covering our most popular package pricing. This includes "Day Of" Coordination starting at $850, Partial Planning at $3,300 and Full Wedding Planning starting at $4,200. We customize the rate to best fit your wedding goals. We also offer Party and Event Coordination and Planning rates starting at $650 (based on the size of your event).

  • What is your typical process for working with a new customer?

    Once a customer has expressed interest in us and we decide to work together, we work closely with them to plan out their every need for the wedding or event, ensuring that when the day comes, they're able to enjoy themselves while we handle the logistics.

  • What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?

    Our team of 2 Wedding Planners and 7 Coordinators have over 20 years combined experience on more than 300 weddings and events.
