My husband and I got married almost a month ago. We are extremely happy with the way the wedding turned out. Planning a wedding was a difficult feat for the two of us but Dan made the process as seamless as possible. Finding vendors for our wedding was easier than we had expected with Dan’s help. Dan and his team handled all the correspondence with all of our potential vendors. It was as simple as picking from a pre-curated menu. As both my husband and I are Vietnamese Americans, we needed to be concerned with several cultural nuances specific to Vietnamese traditions. Dan was respectful of these customs and did his best to help us merge our two contrasting cultures cohesively. The day of coordination was great! Because we got married in a Catholic Church, we had a coordinator for the church and did not need Dan’s services. However, Dan’s coordination was a crucial component to have our reception run smoothly. We did not have to worry about resolving any issues during our event. We would definitely recommend Creative Happens to our loved ones!

Adrian was awesome! We had a rocky start with a different planning company and were looking for a day of coordinator. Adrian stepped in about a month before our wedding and killed it! He was super professional, kept a calm demeanor throughout the whole day/night and was on top of things. we couldn't have asked for a better coordinator. Thanks so much for your help! Highly recommend him for events.

We hired Dan for our wedding and it was the best decision ever. It really tied our whole 2 day event together and anyone who tells you that you don’t need a coordinator is wrong. Without him I am 100% sure a million things would’ve gone wrong. We had an amazing experience with him right from the start. He is extremely professional and was there for us every step of the way despite the fact he was undergoing some major personal matters. Hiring this company was the single best decision we made for our wedding!

We had a great experience hiring Dan and his team (Brie and Jessica) to work on day of coordination for our wedding. We wanted to do the bulk of the planning ourselves but they were so helpful in thinking about all the small details and keeping us on track during the actual ceremony and reception. 10/10 would recommend for anyone considering their services for their wedding!

I can’t thank enough the team at Creative Happens, they were essential in the success of our wedding. For wedding planning, they helped coordinate everything with vendors, support us with our venue and budgeting, and we’re always there for any questions and helped us when we were extremely stressed. They have fantastic ideas and can help make your wedding special and unique. As of wedding coordination the day of, they made the day go by extremely smoothly, focused on keeping our guests always informed and focused on making sure everything ran smoothly and on schedule.   • What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?

    We offer excellent low-rates for both "Day of" coordinating and full wedding/event planning. We're happy to send you a rate card covering our most popular package pricing. This includes "Day Of" Coordination starting at $850, Partial Planning at $3,300 and Full Wedding Planning starting at $4,200. We customize the rate to best fit your wedding goals. We also offer Party and Event Coordination and Planning rates starting at $650 (based on the size of your event).

  • What is your typical process for working with a new customer?

    Once a customer has expressed interest in us and we decide to work together, we work closely with them to plan out their every need for the wedding or event, ensuring that when the day comes, they're able to enjoy themselves while we handle the logistics.

  • What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?

    Our team of 2 Wedding Planners and 7 Coordinators have over 20 years combined experience on more than 300 weddings and events.
