Home 2 Renovate has done three projects for me. They are not the least expensive but are completely responsible and high quality people. We are going for our 3rd project in a few months. Give a them a try with a free estimate and decide for yourself.

Thank you sooo much for repairing my windows on such short notice! I had a few windows that wouldn’t open in my house due to a malfunction in the window. David was able to overnight the new parts he needed to fix my door in order to meet a inspection deadline that was happening (selling my house) I can’t thank him and his team enough for fixing the windows and also finding the matching parts since they were previously discontinued. 5 starts forsure!!

I have selected this Contractor for my Roofing project based on a couple of factors that stood out from others wanting to bid the job. This was the ONLY company to inspect my 2 attics first for any water damage, and quality of existing wood framework. This was the ONLY company to show me their current licences, insurance, bonds, workers comp, and accreditations and BBB status. This was the ONLY company that did a full presentation (with videos and photos of their projects- and how my shingles are made at Owen's Corning factory). This was the ONLY company to bring all the samples of materials they use and walk me thru the entire process. This was the ONLY company that did not try and upsell me on other services. They earned my trust, and my $$ business. And also my add on needs identified for down the road.
