I used Eclectic Affairs for my wedding day of coordination on 9-5-15. Laura and her team exceeded my expectations! Laura was always quick to respond and ready to lend a helping hand. Planning a wedding can get really stressful at times and Laura definitely took a lot of the stress off of me. I was over the moon when I arrived at the venue to see all my details come to life. All of my decor ideas were better than I imagined thanks to Laura and her team putting everything in it's place. Many of my guests said "it was the best wedding they have ever been to!" My big day could not have come to life without Laura and her team. Not only that but she kept the flow of the wedding on time and smooth. Ryan and I would like to say a HUGE thank you for all your help and hard work. We will never forget how wonderful our wedding day was.
I had Sgt Brown DJ one of my house parties it was by far the best I've thrown because of the amazing music that was played! I know I'll be asking them to DJ for future house parties and even my wedding and suggest you do the same!

Lori did day of wedding planning for me. Everything went smoothly and I was free to mingle while she stressed over the details. Lori even washed dishes when the caterer accidentally used dinner plates for hors d' oeuvres. I would record Lori without hesitation.
Courtney did a super great job hosting a teen party. Great lighting set up, music, disco ball etc. He went above board in providing a really nice experience for the kids and adults. Super punctual and very efficient with the set up. Courtney is a super great professional. I highly recommend him.
Take a Break (Tami) has great ideas and works hard to give you what you want as far as an event planner she is just starting out but her positive energy gets you excited for the party you are planning and please remember sometime in our life we were all "starting out" so if you hire her give her a break because she will work it for you and as time goes by I can see her experience being absolutely awesome and If you need any day to day errands done that you don't have time for or just don't want to do she will do them she can do it one time or you can hire her to pick up your cleaners every Thursday and she will and deliver and my opinion the only thing she is lacking is charging what she's worth she undercharges for sure and I teased her about that I wanted to give her a lesson on charging a good price lol I liked her sense of humor so she is new to the business of party planning but she has got creative ideas and she did a good job with my daughters 21st birthday decorations and then I hired her to do my personal errands for two weeks because I was busy with work and family down from out of town for the birthday party I do know she doesn't pick up children because she's making sure that she is licensed for that but she did take my cat to the vet for me she is an animal lover very good with kids and animals. Thank goodness for Jennilynn! She was amazing and so helpful at my wedding in June 2011 at Hakone Gardens in Saratoga, CA. I didn't think I was going to need a wedding coordinator since the wedding was going to be small but I'm so glad that I hired her to make sure that the everything went thoroughly during the week of the wedding. There is no way that it would have went smoothly without her! I first met her for a consultation to discuss the style, size, location, and vendors of the wedding. She was very organized and professional when she arrived. It's also a plus that she's super cute and energetic! Jennilyn offered different options for how much help I can hire her for. I decided to hire her for the day of and the day of the rehearsal. At the rehearsal, she took charge and made sure everyone in the party knew their roles and positions. She used the chosen songs to make sure she had the timing right for each person to walk. Since the weather forecast was heading for rain, she had us rehearse inside of the venue and outside the garden so there were no surprises during the day of. On the wedding day, Jennilyn knew exactly what needed to be done so all I had to worry about was getting married and partying. She was perfect with timing of all the events and she was such a quick thinker to solve any wedding challenges and hiccups. You need someone who is really sharp and grounded like her to fix any circumstances that may occur. I can go on and on!!
