He did not try to gouge me. He tried fixing the broken faucet. That did not work, so he went out and bought a brand new set and installed it. His pricing was reasonable and he also gave me a one year warranty.

Larry was awesome. He was prompt, courteous and professional. All of these are traits that are often missing from contractors, so when you find one like Larry you are very grateful. We are extremely happy with the faucet installation and plan to have him come back in a couple of weeks and replace our hot water heater. Highly recommend Terheyden Construction !!

Arrived on time, attempted to fix the disposal without replacement but it was completely dead. Completely rusted inside. Had the new one installed in about a half hour at the quoted price. Picked up the parts on his way so I didn't have to.
