Ginger is the best! I worked with her up until I had to move out of the area but if I could put her on some kind of perminent yoga retainer and take her with me, I would. She can instruct at any level and easily adapts to whatever you need. She is fantastic at guided meditations as well which was my favorite part of her sessions.

Molly teaches a blend of ashtanga and iyengar yoga that build strength and flexibility. As a 500-hour trained yoga teacher, she has experience in teaching all levels, from beginning to advanced. She teaches both a flow class for a great workout as well as a restorative approach for wellness and relieving stress.
