After receiving quotes from multiple contractors, BMS's price was the most reasonable and their response time was excellent. From start to finish, the team at BMS was professional, knowledgeable, and efficient. The old motor was weak, and there was no sensor to automatically stop the gate which was a hazard and liability. BMS quickly identified the issues and recommended the best solution for my needs. The installation of the new equipment was completed perfectly, and the gate is now operating smoothly and quietly. After the installation, I did notice some leftover screws and concrete pit from the old motor post which looked a bit unsightly. I mentioned this to the BMS team and they were quick to come back and patch up the area, leaving everything looking clean and tidy. Overall, I am extremely satisfied with the outcome and would highly recommend BMS to anyone in need of gate installation or repair services. Greg fabricated a 23’ sliding gate for us including the tracks, receiver post and guide post. I chose to install and finish the facade with wood myself. Greg was very helpful with suggestions for finishing it and emphasized that he would help if it got beyond my capabilities. I was really pleased with the quality of his work. Storm Tested, Mom Approved 💯 After 30 years, the old fence bordering my parents’ driveway finally surrendered to a storm. I requested a quote from M&S Construction — and I’m so glad I did! Hugo gave me a bid that I accepted. I told him he could work it into his schedule as the fence was only 56 ft. He gave me start date after start date, not showing up for one reason after another. After 4 months he finally said he didn't want to do the job, as the price of material had doubled. I called him to see if he would like to rebid the job. He never responded. After four months, I still don't have a fence and looking for a different installer. Need new bidders!!!

Hugo did an awesome job on our fence and trellis. The quality of his work is excellent. He did a great job problem solving our trellis. I wanted it so large that the lattice sheet would not work. He ended up making it custom so that it matches our a/c cover. Hugo does great work and is totally professional. I highly recommend him!
