Monika is a loving, compassionate healer blessed with innate intuition. She is a Reiki Master as well as a Past Life Regression Therapist. Having such complementary skills makes her a very effective healer as she can personalize the healing session based on the need of the individual. I was well aware of therapeutic use of past life regression therapy through many books of renowned psychiatrist Dr. Brian Weiss, especially "Many Lives, Many Masters". Monika provided me with my much needed first hand experience of past life regression to appreciate the potential of this therapy. I was stunned and overwhelmed with the experience to say the least. I am new to Reiki. My very positive experience with a few Reiki sessions encouraged me to take formal training in Reiki with her. I highly recommend Monika as a healer and therapist. My advice to any person who is trying out first time is to be open and receptive. The sun cannot enter through a closed door.
I saw Greg for the first time on YouTube when he spoke about his experience with SonRise, a program or an approach for children on the autism spectrum years ago. I fell immediately in love with his energy and his positive thinking. Over the years Greg and I developed an amazing friendship, more so he became my mentor in assisting me in some of my life challenges. His energy is still the same, loving and genuine. He listens with his very attentive ear to my word and replies with questions that 'pushes' myself towards answers I already know. Thank you for countless of hours on the phone to improve myself. You rock!
I liked the peaceful environment in which my welcoming interview took place. I was made completely at ease before my hypnosis session, which ultimately helped me considerably, especially since I was able to tape it and listen back.
When I started working with Shannon I was struggling with deep unhappiness and uncertainty about my life, as well as my relationships with the people in my life. I was skeptical of talking to anyone because of several prior bad experiences with counselors and psychiatrists. But I called anyway out of desperation and I'm very glad in retrospect that I did. Shannon helped me consciously identify things that are important to me and things I wanted to change. With Shannon I learned to proactively become aware of and eliminate negative, harmful, or just plain not useful patterns of thinking and instead treat myself using positive reinforcement. These changes seems small and simple but their impact is deep. I also benefited from her wise perspective on managing relationships with others. By using what I've worked on with Shannon, I feel more clear, capable, reflective, and self-aware. This in turn has helped me focus, enjoy my work, and improve how I view my relationships with my family and coworkers. I'm all around much happier and proud of myself. In working with Shannon, I was impressed by her kindness, her breadth of understanding, her proactive approach, and her focus on ensuring her clients improve in a quantifiable, verifiable way. I would and do recommend her to anyone looking for guidance through rough times, especially if you're looking for quick and concrete practices to implement to improve your life immediately.
Tatyana was amazing!
Doctor Gonda is an incredible doctor. He is much more kind and caring than any psychiatrist I have ever seen. He actually listens to everything I say, spends the entire 50 minute session counseling me through my hardest problems.
Dr. Russo helped me get to the heart of my issues quickly and supportively. I've dealt with depression off and on over many years and she's been my choice every time for support and counsel, guidance and wisdom. Often, Dr. Russo would recommend titles of useful books and/or authors that I've since added to my library. They've proven time and again to be great resources helping me deal with the process of healing and wellness. I'm eternally grateful for working with Dr. Russo and will forever value the skills she helped me develop.
I have worked with Gloria for depression. She is very compassionate and warm. Her knowledge of what I was going through was very clear and helped me to focus on what I needed. She was a big help to me in a very dark time in my life. Thanks Gloria
Great intuitive support provider. Nechama has can skillfully assess my situations and provide insights, thoughts, and ideas I have found to be accurate and inspire my own new understandings. I feel cared for and never 'belittled' as she successfully invites me to be open.
Jeff is a gifted and natural born counselor and conflict mediator. He has helped me so much in gaining clarity around my own emotional process, allowing me to peel back the layers of my understanding to learn what my deepest needs are. In the time that hes been practicing, Ive watched him explode fully into this role, gain insight and clarity into his own life, and develop a strong desire to share it with the world. Know that your sessions with him will be rooted in that deep sense of passion and love for this practice. It starts with a series of exercises in self connection. The objective here is, In order to know how to resolve my own conflict, I need to understand the underlying needs of where they are coming from. This is where Jeff is truly gifted, in asking the right questions, employing deep listening and empathy to help you discover what those needs are. He doesn't push you in any one direction, but rather he is trained in employing tools to help you understand for yourself what you are truly needing underneath all the muck that might be clouding your judgement. For example, I had a difficult decision about which job to take when I was offered two. We sat and had a moment of self-connection, during which we identified what my feelings were. Then, looking at each feeling, we identified the underlying need that was there, talking through ideas such as, "I feel this way, what am I needing that I am or am not getting?" After that, we determined was truly important to me based on each of those needs. I learned that one job would offer me security and safety, and the other would offer me creativity and freedom. Based on where I was at that point in my life, my need for creativity was far stronger than my need for safety. I was able to arrive at a solution that left me feeling empowered, because I had come to my own determination of what I wanted and had solid reasons for justifying them. I picked the creative job, and to this day I am extremely grateful that I made that choice! I now use these tools whenever I face a conflict with others, and especially as a tool for internal conflict mediation. For me, this process has felt like turning on a light switch, and the sense of relief that has come with this has been invaluable. He has incredible intuition, endless patience and compassion for this practice. Hes worked not only with me about my own individual processes, but hes also worked with me in employing this practice as it relates to my boss, my peers, and my relationship. I cant recommend Jeff enough for sharing these incredibly valuable life skills.
