I have tried several different bootcamps and Bo Francy is the best trainer I have had. Over the last 2 years I have seen my body transform so quickly. He's very motivating and always pushes me to reach my goals. The one thing I love the most is his classes are never repetitive and always keeps it challenging! Highly recommend his bootcamp!

Lauren Allen is a phenomenal fitness coach and such an inspiration to all men and women. I have attended her Saturday bootcamps and not only did I leave with an energetic workout outdoors, but I left feeling wonderful about myself. I loved that she catered her boot camp to meet all levels of athleticism so that we all were able to receive an awesome butt kicking work out at our own pace. I would definitely recommend Lauren Allen!!
Different workout every day! She's makes it both challenging and fun. Every time I leave either personal training or bootcamp I am so happy I went. She does monthly assessments so you can check your progress and motivates you along the way. The best workouts annnnnd I bring my 8 month old baby!!

I really like having Elle as my trainer. I have been attending her outdoor bootcamp class for the last 5 years, 2 - 3 days per week. She always finds different ways to work out our entire bodies. You'd think after 5 years, it would get boring, but Elle always comes up with something fresh. She is always providing varying levels for those of us that need lower impact or have injuries to look out for. The positive effects that I have found are that I dont get tired as easily, I havent been getting as many headaches, I feel like exercising more often, Im way more flexible, and Im about 20 pounds lighter. I recommend Elle for all levels. She's the best!
Love FitXcursions. Dara is the best PT I have ever trained with. She definitely knows what she is doing, she motivates and she is super fun. She also has the best bootcamps! I highly recommend Dara and FitXcursions.
Robert does an excellent job making sure you are doing the exercises correctly. The BGC bootcamp is really convenient and affordable, but the one on one training takes it to another level
I have been with EBC for a little over a year now, and besides the great results, I can't even imagine not having this boot camp as a part of my day. Not only am I stronger and more fit, I have benefitted from the overall mental boost that I experience by being part of our Fitness Family. The best part about EBC is that everyone works hard, but at their own personal best. Our trainers make a point to work with each individual to achieve their independent goals. I can't say enough about how great Nez & Robert are. When I started training with Nez, I considered myself to be pretty fit & very active already. I had already tried different kinds of workouts: bootcamp/circuit training, running, HIIT, boxing, etc. But, not lifting. I was a little intimidated at first because I joined FSU without knowing anyone, but Nez & the rest of the group really made me feel comfortable. My lifting journey began with surprises, of course. I lifted heavier than I thought I could for some lifts (lower body) & was weaker when it came to other ones (upper body), & worked out muscles I never knew existed. Nez pushed me every day for months & took me further than I ever thought I could. A lot of my body's overall transformation came from lifting & Nez's guidance. After completing three programs, I transitioned over to Robert's Olympic weightlifting program. This program continues to challenge me every day because it requires so much patience & technique. Robert is the best coach for this. He's knowledgeable & he has been nothing but supportive and patient throughout this process. My upper body's transformation has been amazing thanks to Robert. Lastly, Nez & Robert are hilarious to workout with. Count on cracking a lot of jokes while you workout (abs)!
Bobby has an extensive knowledge of personal training and nutrition! He has been my trainer for over a year and he has gotten me into the best shape of my life. He is also good at training you with alternative movements if you have any injuries or pains in your body. I highly recommend him to be your trainer! Working with Jared has been life changing. I am a Veteran of the US Army and I am a police officer. I can say that Jared has given me challenges that neither Bootcamp nor Academy has given me. He has made me massively stronger and leaner, but it wasnt just his workout plans. He actually listens to my needs and then created a customized workout plan that was geared to my specific goals. He never gave me a cookie cutter workout plans, and this showed me that he actually cares for my success. While I worked out with him I use to call him the Mad Scientist, because he would create new workouts that I have never heard of. It was a great compound technique, because it focused on strength, stamina, and muscle fatigue. I am still a customer even after working with him for over a year and will continue to go back.
Marcia is awesome! I trained with for my first 5k and was great! She pushes me out of my comfort zone, gives me nutrition tips, she knows my body limits and respects that. Now I'm doing her bootcamp classes at the park. It's hard work, high intensity exercises, a big challenge but I love it so much. We lose an average of 800 calories per class. During the class I want to "kill" her but at the end I feel so good and relaxed. Love her and the beautiful job she does :) I highly recommend her!
Working with Sako and the No Limit team has been, and continues to be an incredible experience. From the way I'm greeted with enthusiasm when I walk in the door, to the killer bootcamps/personal training sessions, to the way Sako and the team checks in with me via text/email to ensure I'm on track to meet my fitness goals...the overall customer service is impeccable. I worked out with Steven both in LA and OC. He knows in gym and outdoor facilities to keep you refreshed and challenged. Good for cardio and I set my bench press record under him.
