I was looking for an amazing at home meal for my husbands birthday and Chef Rocco delivered! He asked what we liked and built a great menu around our preferences. He allowed us to watch while he cooked and taught us so much about cooking and nutrition. Then he served us this amazing meal! It was cooked perfectly and the flavors and textures made every bite worth savoring. He cleaned the kitchen and disappeared during desert and left us to enjoy his home made tiramisu and berries. Superb!
Having Sat cook for my family of five has been nothing short of life-changing. He spends the afternoon in my kitchen preparing healthy dinners, breakfasts and snacks according to my family's complicated dietary needs and varied taste preferences. The food is truly gourmet, and I'm spending the time playing with my three young kids rather than meal planning and cooking. His knowledge of nutrition and his ability to cook "whole" while navigating several food allergies has surprised my expectations; and the kids cheer when "Sat is cooking!"
I have had a wonderful experience training with Anthony at God's Gym! He tailors each work out to my abilities, challenges me to incrementally work harder to build strength, but does not push me beyond my abilities or risk injury. Work outs are challenging, get my heart pumping and leave me with the "good" muscle soreness for a few days. There is minimal downtime in the 30 minute sessions, thus there is no wasted time. This contrasts to my experience during training sessions at other gyms. I feel that these sessions are consistently higher yield compared to my other gym experiences. Anthony, himself, is awesome. He is kind, patient, has a great sense of humor. He is VERY encouraging. He provides nutritional guidance specific for your goals. My schedule can be quite variable, and he has consistently accommodated this so that I could make as many training sessions as possible. The entire team at God's gym is very welcoming and supportive. A great environment, and an amazing community that I am now happy to participate in! Also, I would recommend that those considering this gym should not be "turned off" by the name if they are not religious, people of faith, Christian, etc. This is a comfortable and welcoming place for ALL people to train. :)
I'm 55 years old and out of shape so was looking for a trainer to tailor my workout, help with nutrition, and motivate me. I lost 6 pounds the first two weeks and I'm feeling motivated! Yay!!!
My partner and I just had our first cooking/nutrition lesson with Daniella and we LOVE her!!! Learned how to grocery shop cheap, healthy, tasty and organic. Then had tons of yummy receipes for the week from marinating meat, making homemade dips/sauces to healthy/tasty snacks. She is so kind, easygoing, fun and knows her cooking stuff! :) We are signed up for more weekly cooking lessons and so happy we got connected with Daniella. Thank you!
Ive been working with John for little over a month and Ive seen results. Ive lost almost 10lbs. He is very responsive and answers all my questions. Im picky eater which makes it hard to come up with meal plan but he did and tailored to my food likes this way I dont feel like giving up. I recommend him if your looking for help with nutrition. He is responsive thru texts which is always helpful with my busy schedule. He also checks your food log which i like it keeps me honest and on top of it.
I've been working out with John for a little over 2 months now and he's been amazing. He is very knowledgable about everything fitness, body-building, nutrition... He tailors the workout based on your goals and body. In my case, I wanted to put on some muscle. In our first meeting, he assessed what my strengths/weaknesses were and built me a workout plan based on it. He is also very quick to respond at any time of the day and also accommodates workouts based on your schedule(I travel a bunch). The workouts are super challenging but feels great when you are done. Definitely recommend him to anyone trying to hit their fitness goals.
Wellspace SF is a wonderful discovery! I was looking for help and guidance around nutrition and relationship to food. I am glad to have found this place. Their response to my initial request to find a nutritionist/food coach was very timely. The folks I communicated with were so professional and caring, and they matched me up perfectly with a nutritionist/food coach who has the perfect background and personality for my needs! I attribute this to careful listening and good questioning. I was able to make an appointment quickly, and we have already had an initial session, and I couldn't be more pleased!
I would definitely recommend Armando for his depth of knowledge in both personal training techniques as well as comprehensive nutrition. After training with him over 6 months (kept renewing our contract), I can attest to all the new techniques I've learned from him that have greatly helped me in my weight loss and maintenance goals. Armando always maintains a positive and friendly vibe during our sessions and will go out of his way to explain every move in great detail. Again, definitely recommended.
His knowledge and experience in the field of fitness. The various tools and equipment he exposed me to opened my eyes for new ways to becoming more fit. Since under his training my body fat percentage was lowered to 17.2% from 21.8% which was a main goal besides building muscle. His conceps about nutrition and the body are profound and have tremendously helped me in attaining my goals. Justin is AWESOME. Working with justin has been a lot of fun. Not only with strength trainining, but flexibility and core training with yoga and acroyoga with my girlfriend and I. I go to justin to boost my workouts and mix things up. I'm a functional movement based sports doctor and I can tell you that I'm impressed with Justin's approach to exercise and wellness. No matter how much you think you know, you'll still learn more, reach your goals faster, and benefit from seeing an experienced and knowledgeable trainer like Justin. He's also big on nutrition, which is fundamental to being and feeling healthy. His company Kula Wellness also does meal prep which is pretty cool. 5 stars!!

Training with Cat is motivational, educational and most of all fun! We work hard, and I look forward to every single session. Cat is incredibly knowledgeable not only in fitness, but also in nutrition and well being. I could not recommend her enough.

James will kick your a$$ with his intense sessions but he is fun and personable which makes the time go fast. He will keep you on track with your nutrition goals, as well. Just don't let him find out you had a cupcake for lunch. Definitely recommend James!
