Hired mobile fitness group to teach a one-hour yoga class on the beach to our group of women in town for a weekend. It was really wonderful. Teacher was very thoughtful, energetic and fun. Highly recommend!

As muscles give way, the structure aligns, my posture becomes straight. I leave with a groundedness, conscious of a new way of moving. My body innately corrects and maintains itself days later. A greater sense of peace and well-being comes through the practice and continues to keep me balanced. Delightful!
Full Circle Yoga has been a blessing in my life. Since finding this studio, I have been able to take a variety of healing yoga, meditation and reiki classes that they offer. All of the teachers are great and I can tell they were carefully selected. After taking just a few of Kristen's meditation classes, in which she provides gentle guidance and support throughout, I found I could more quickly relax and clear my mind, in addition to sitting still for several minutes at a time. Previously, these things were almost impossible for me. Also, after just a few months of yoga classes, I was surprised to find how much my strength and flexibility had increased. I absolutely adore everything about this studio, including the healthy food and products they have for sale!

Being Jeniffer's yoga student has truly been life changing. She has taught me that I am stronger than I know and that I should trust my inner strength. I have been training with Jacqueline for 4 months now, and I couldn't be happier with her services; she is a wonderful trainer! She is on time, responsive in her communication, and has a wonderfully kind, enthusiastic and positive spirit. I can tell that she is very well trained in physical fitness methods and I love that she incorporates nutrition and yoga, if you ask for it. She doesn't approach her clients with "one size fits all" training, but instead adapts to your needs. She is very encouraging, supportive and positive. I can't recommend her enough!

Lisa is an extremely knowledgeable and amazing yoga instructor. She is very warm and friendly and supportive. Lisa is concerned about any limitations you may have and provides the appropriate modifications to poses to meet your needs. After each session I feel relaxed yet invigorated. I can’t say enough and would highly recommend Lisa for her expert yoga instruction and her kind and friendly way.
I don't know where to begin! Laurie is so very knowledgable, and literally brings new ideas to each session. I use her for more therapeutic goals, and I can tell she considers my "case" in between our sessions. She is incredibly present during our time together and it makes me feel pampered. Lastly, she has the most silky voice...perfect for guided meditations.
Kayla has a large knowledge base of various types of foods that help ease health problems and put you on a path of a healthy lifestyle. She has an ease with her yoga skills to teach beginners to the most experienced. I believe she has made a positive impact on my life and I would recommend her skills to anyone.
