Water line busted in my wall. Servpro called RR Innovation to come out and I met with Carlos and was very impressed with his knowledge. The work started when my house was dry. The crew that came out was very professional and showed up every day until the job was finished. I also asked Carlos to look at my flooring in the hallway, dining room and kitchen to replace with wood floor planks, price was great and who a great job they did!! I told neighbors about his great pricing and quality of work and two Neighbors had Carlos do work for them. Calling RR Innovation is the best thing we all have done.

I had a water leak of my bedroom wall and window from heavy rains. All workers worked consistently and very professionally to finish the work of replacing, repairing and painting a new wall. I was extremely pleased with the work, and the cost for same was very reasonable. I highly recommend this company.

A friend referred me to R&R, and to Carlos specifically, by saying “I can tell you this: he will make everything better.” This was indeed my experience.
Smart ideas, pride in the work, smart compromises, deep investment in good outcomes (rather than the ‘right’ outcome, Carlos wanted the right outcome for me given all the components I was trying to solve.)
