Michael showed up on time, stayed late, and made sure all 80+ people at my wedding were served promptly. He was able to handle a crowd of drinkers by himself and the drinks were very good.
Tiffany was the #1 reason why my husband and I were able to relax, have fun, and completely be in the moment on our wedding day. Tiffany is exactly the type of person you would want as your wedding coordinator - she's responsible, fast-thinking, experienced, and extremely hard working - and she handles everything extremely gracefully. I couldn't tell, but I'm sure our wedding was a little stressful. We had a lot of DIY decorations, a completely hands-off venue, nervous mothers that asked a lot of questions, and a lot of things that came together at the last minute. Tiffany (calmly) handled everything - and I'm not even sure how she did it - she is a wedding superhero. Before the wedding, we met with Tiffany at the venue, and she was extremely helpful in filling in the gaps of anything we missed and pointing out any issues in logistics. She then coordinated with all of our vendors the week before wedding and sent them a detailed timeline that she created. This allowed me to focus on other more memorable things - like hanging out with friends and family - in the days leading up to our wedding. On the wedding day, Tiffany was extremely helpful in setting up the reception venue and took over needing little guidance from me. As an architect, this part of the day was hard to give up because I am extremely detail-orientated regarding aesthetics - however, when I walked in the room before the reception started I was so happy how everything looked - she did a fantastic job putting everything together! It's hard to say exactly, but I feel that one of the most vital roles Tiffany played was coordinating the ceremony. It was our officiant's first time officiating a wedding and we didn't coordinate much with our ceremony musicians. Tiffany coordinated everything perfectly between the musicians, photographer, and our officiant; it went off like we actually knew what we were doing! (Well we did, thanks to Tiffany!) Tiffany went above and beyond - a day or two before the wedding someone warned us that our outdoor ceremony venue was a little muddy. I started to get nervous about my dress dragging in the mud. I asked my fiance to get in touch with Tiffany and when I checked back in with him about it less than 2 hours later he told me that Tiffany had already picked up an aisle runner and would be bringing it to the wedding. Wow! Total peace of mind. I decided to hire a day-of coordinator because everyone told me I should. I was hesitant, because we had an extremely tight budget. However, after my first conversation with Tiffany, I quickly realized that she was not just going to make sure our wedding went exactly how we had planned, but hiring Tiffany was investment in the type of memories we would have of our wedding day. We cannot recommend Tiffany enough to and I am so glad we found her. Thanks to her, our wedding was perfect.

Forsyth Designs was the mastermind behind the exceptionally beautiful and customized decor for our wedding. Matt's ability to translate our vision into a reality that far exceeded our expectations while staying on budget was the best "gift" a bride could ask for! He literally transformed a white tent into a stunning lounge-like atmosphere that accommodated our every need and desire. There isn't a large scale event or party that I would consider hosting without collaboration from Forsyth Designs. Working with Matt is seriously delightful on every level!
Jennifer is great at what she does and she is an extremely hard worker doing whatever is necessary to get the job done. I had no idea what I was doing, so I left it all to her expertise and was extremely satisfied. I would certainly recommend her to anyone who has the daunting task of unpacking and decorating/moving into a new place! Life saver!
We hired Limelight to decorate our wedding. They did a great job listening to what we wanted and suggesting ideas based on that. They created two backdrops for us, both of which were beautiful. They were easy to work with and friendly and set-up and broke down everything without any hassle.
Velina was the designer of my wedding this summer and it was PHENOMENAL. Velina did our invitations, of all our wedding decor, and even our persian ceremony alter (called Sofreh Aghd). Velina and I spoked in detail about what I was hoping for and what I wanted, and she created a wedding theme/vibe that was beyond what I had even dreamed. Her attention to detail, her care for every little component was amazing and we cannot thank her enough for the most special day ever.
Maggie was amazing! She was extremely helpful and sweet. I needed the signs in a pinch, and she got them to us really quickly. The signs she made for our wedding were absolutely beautiful- everyone commented on how gorgeous they were! Not only that, but my wedding planner said that they were wrapped and preserved perfectly, and that she was really impressed. :) Thank you Maggie!

Kendra was great at coordinating lots of moving parts with multiple vendors throughout the month leading up to our wedding. On the day before, she helped us with ceremony timing during rehearsal, then went to the otherside of SF during rush hour to setup decor at the reception venue. On the day of, she put signage around our Golden Gate Park site to make it private (we had a permit), oversaw ceremony rental chairs setup and clean up, string quartet setup, and a surprise ice cream taco cart during our reception. We spent the entire day having fun while Kendra took care of whatever issues might've come up. By the end of the night we were plastered and shoved into an uber by friends. Kendra took home our decor and cake then dropped it off at our place a few days later.
Danny and Tiffany were wonderful! They were able to quickly create a beautiful balloon decoration and table for my baby shower. They were very attentive to my requests and timely with set up/take down. I would hire them again for another event.
Danny is very professional and listens to your preferences and concerns to colloborate and create with you what you have envisioned. He takes care and pride in his work. He is repsonsive when you have a question or comment. My wedding floral and decor were beautiful and fitting for the special occasion. Overall, it was a pleasure to work with Danny!
If I could leave more stars for CRC Custom Events I would! Christina was absolutely amazing and took all of the stress away from wedding planning so that I could relax throughout the whole process and just enjoy the day. She coordinated with our vendors, made sure our payments were made on time, handpicked our flowers and decorations, created a detailed itinerary, set up and cleaned up our venue, and most importantly made my Pinterest board come to life! Her attention to detail is what impressed me the most. From making sure that we had appetizers on our table so that we didn’t forget to eat, to sending our guests home with flowers at the end of the night, it was the small things that made our wedding so special. She was with us throughout the entire process, from the first consultation to the big day, she communicated with us the entire time and took all of the stress off my plate. I can’t thank her and her team enough. Our DJ mentioned at the end of our reception that he had never seen a wedding that actually stuck to their itinerary and it was all thanks to CRC! I’m truly grateful for their hard work and for making my wedding absolutely perfect.
Jane and Teresa are wonderful! They are really a one stop shop! Not only did they do all the flowers for my wedding but they also did all my linen's and altered my wedding dress! Everything they did for me really tied all my wedding decor together and made it pop in a beautiful way! I was complemented on the flowers and table clothes all night long! Would defiantly go back to them for any event.
We hired Kasia for our Baby Shower and the work she did was nothing short of first class. Kasia organized all the food, decorations, give aways, games and worked with us every step of the way to make sure the event was just how we wanted and also properly fit into our budget. She kept us on top of everything that needed to be done. The day of the event Kasia was there 3 hours early coordinating the set up, food, games and everything that needed to be done no task was too small or too big for her. The personal touch she added, well I don't even have the words to say what she meant to us. All of our friends were just so impressed with her, she received quite the round of applause when I was able to thank her.
