- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I will never give a price without seeing the space/room/area where you need the job done. I would like to meet with you and see the scope of work first to give you a more accurate quote. We will set an appointment for this. Please message/call me. Note: My rate is $125/hour per group (one or more people). You will not pay per person. *NOTE: Handyman bookings are at $125/hour.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
1. We set up an appointment that works best for both of us. 2. In the appointment, you will show me the space where you need the job done and let me know the details of the project you need to get done. 3. You will receive a quote from me in your email/text within 24 hours.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
