Latest Review: I have 3 kids that have been taken piano lesson with Mr Khajavi for 6 years. I could be more pleased with my kids’ progress as well as Mr Khajavi’s teaching methods. He is patient and very observing while working with kids. From the way the kids place their hands on the piano to what they think in their minds, he cares and makes sure the kids having the right mind set in order to achieve best results. He does not settle with good-enough. He strives for kids to achieve perfection or the highest results they could possibly get. I admire him not just because he is good at teaching kids piano, but also admire him in his strong believe in hardwork. He does expect kids to put in their best. I am good with that, because I believe my kids also need to start learning the value of hardwork.
Once a year, he organizes a recital, where all his students come to perform the piece(s) they had worked for a whole year. Some kids take lessons with him via FaceTime (due to family had moved to other cities or states ie. like my kids). I have been there 6 times and enjoyed it every time. Consistently, kids from 6 to 18 years old play pieces I don’t normally expect them to be able to do, nor I would believe they can do without seeing it; and they play harder pieces every year. As long as my kids improve in their piano skills and techniques, I am happy with it. On this aspect, the results my kids have achieved by working with Mr Khajavi have exceeded my expectation.
Two thumbs up. Highly recommended to all parents who want to see their kids playing amazing piano!
