Ying L. says, "First off , I would highly recommend High Speed Rooter and Plumbing! They helped turn a nightmare situation into a huge relief. I originally reached out thinking I had a clogged pipe. I’m a new home owner and was trying to get a washer installed. Frank came out and patiently took his time to diagnose the issue, ensuring that we had all the information and evidence needed to decide what to do next. Turns out, our new home which was built in the 1950s had cracked and corroded cast iron pipes throughout the house and in our front yard. Obviously, this is an incredibly stressful and worst situation for any new home owner to discover, and had to replace asap. Frank, his manager, and the rest of the team at HSR&P were so empathetic, efficient and very professional. They completely fixed my issue in two days, just in time for my previously scheduled appointment with movers. While stressful, they made the process so much better for us because you felt that you could trust them.
