Jonathan is the perfect personal trainer for busy professionals. He is patient, focused, supportive, professional, and educated. But he’s also hilarious and fun. I've been working out with Megan at Every Body’s Fit twice a week since November 2012 and highly recommend her. The workouts are fantastic and Megan really challenges you by making them progressively more difficult each session. Since starting with her, I am seeing significantly more definition in my legs, arms, chest, back, and torso, basically everywhere. Her rates are reasonable, about the same you'd pay somewhere like 24 hour fitness, and you get to work out in a nicer gym. Most importantly Megan is a great personal trainer and she gets RESULTS!!!!

Hands down Jobi Morrison is the BEST personal trainer! I have been training with Jobi for 5 years. I'm the strongest I have ever been! My workouts are never boring. I always look forward to see how he will challenge me with cardio, strength and balance and I am never disappointed! Jobi always takes the time to listen to my questions about fitness and nutrition and always provides sound advice. I have hired Manuk as my personal trainer because I'm Sweatin' for the Wedding. My wedding is in a couple of months and after searching for several private instructors I picked Manuk. Why? Because he guaranteed me results in a healthy way. No gimmicks. I've been training with Manuk for a little over 2 months and I have lost a healthy 15 pounds! I feel so energetic after workouts and Manuk is there to motivate me for every step, every jump, every mountain climber, every push up I do. Manuk is also flexible with his schedule which is always a plus for someone who is busy planning a wedding! He also keeps track of my food log. He educates me on the numbers I should aim for my nutrients and calories. Overall I've seen AMAZING results with Manuk and I can not wait to see my results in the next few months. Thank you Manuk for getting me motivated again!!!!

Mark is an extremely knowledgeable and experienced personal trainer. He customized his approach depending on the goals that I wanted to achieve, and he always introduced new types of training so that I kept improving. Mark is punctual and ready to go no matter the time of day. Starting my days with his workouts gave me energy and significantly increased my overall well-being. It's been a while since we had personal trainers, so there was a bit of a 'gulp' factor when taking the plunge once again. We never looked back - Sandy is awesome! Not only is she prompt and professional, but she makes working out really fun! She is open to suggestions, keeps every session fresh with a wide variety of exercises and adapts to your physical limitations. And...she also travels to your home, which is a major convenience factor. I've tried a few different personal trainers at big gyms over the years, but none as great as Steve. He pushes you hard and motivates you in a positive way. He's a great conversationalist and every workout is different so it's never boring. Steve is knowledgeable about everything fitness related and customizes his plan for you -- even working through your diet and nutrition. One of the most important things that Steve does is always watches form to maximize results and prevent injury.

Jacob trained me for 6 months and this being my first experience hiring a personal trainer, I was nervous about the experience. Jacob made me feel comfortable from the start and what I appreciated was the fact that he took the time to educate me about what the excersise or activity will accomplish. In addition, he performs a lot of different activities at every session so you will never be bored of doing routine training. I highly recommend him especially for first timers. I lost a total of 30 pounds and 10% body fat training with him for the 6 months but most importantly felt good about my fitness once again.

I've been wanting to tone up my body and get abs for a long time. When Luke started to train he was super focused on the form of each exercise as to maximize results. This is awesome as I don't want to get injured. He knows how far to push me to go a little beyond my limits without killing me. He's also very knowledgeable on nutrition and made the best suggestions as to what to eat, when to eat, and what to take with supplements to fill in the gaps. Overall I'm extremely happy. He's an experienced personal trainer and I love my abs!!!

If you're looking for a personal trainer, Vanesa is the way to go! She is dedicated to getting you to reach your fitness goals; whether thats shedding pounds, gaining muscle, or having the strength to do other activities (I can say this because these were all my goals). I've never had an unanswered question (about workouts, food, pain, etc ) or a missed session. She has been super accommodating to my schedule and previous injury. Anytime I would feel pain somewhere in my body she would give me advice on what to do, which has always fixed the problem. She has a positive adittude and will push you when you want to give up or are tired; she gets you to the place you want to be. I don't know what more you can ask for in a trainer. In the 3 months I've been with her, I have gotten compliments left and right, my energy levels have increased significantly, and most importantly I feel confident in my own skin again. I don't know what more you can ask for in a trainer. #teamsuazo

Chris is a great trainer and really knows his stuff. For many people, it’s tough to take that leap and hire a personal trainer to get in shape. It’s especially tough if you haven’t done any weight training before. However, Chris will teach and work with you no matter what your abilities are. He’s funny and keeps the intensity at the right level to see results while still being able to enjoy it. After working out with Chris, I feel refreshed. I don’t feel overworked, exhausted, or too sore. I’d highly recommend Chris to anyone who wants to improve their health, body, and happiness.

When you have a personal trainer you have to trust them first. You will not do the work if you do not believe it will help. Eddie has the knowledge and desire to help you. He pushes me much harder than I push myself when it comes to getting in or staying in shape. When hiring a personal trainer isn't that what you want?

I had 10 personal training sessions with Donna Martin. She was fabulous. Donna was very attentive to my needs and my restrictions. The sessions were never boring. Her workouts were simple yet challenging. I felt like I could do a lot of the exercises anywhere. I trained out of her garage which had more than enough equipment and she showed me how to adjust the exercise if I didn't have the equipment available. I was very motivated by Donna and she did not push me over my limits. Donna is very encouraging when you feel like your not getting it.
