Clients Get Results We have trained over 1,000 clients who have lost an average of 30 lbs. to 60 lbs. and dozens of clients who are in the over-100-lbs. club. 2. We get to know you and customize on your needs. You're a unique person with your own individual goals. We offer a zero-cost, no-obligation consultation to find out exactly what you need to accomplish your dream of being a healthier and sexier you. Other trainers will charge $100. 3. Body Fat Assessment The scale has been lying to you. Muscle weighs more than fat, and you could be leaner than you are fat or even the opposite, but you need to know these results to know where you're going! We will also include monthly body fat assessment for free. There is a company that is all they do, and they can charge $69 for each assessment. 4. Personal Meal Plan Clients pay up to $200 for a custom meal plan. We will set you up with a meal plan custom to your body type and lifestyle. As part of you being one of our clients, this is included at no charge. We base these meal plans on your personal fitness assessment. We will tell you how many portions of carbs, fats and proteins you should be consuming a day, helping you burn all that ugly fat off your body. 5. Personal One-on-One Attention We are focused on you and you only. In the beginning, you need the most guidance with your workouts. We offer one-on-one personal training. We will check on your form and set up workout routines based on your specific body type and goals. With one-on-one personal training, you will get in the best shape of your life. There are three reasons for this: guidance, being challenged and accountability. Most trainers charge $60 to $70 a session at gyms and in-home personal trainers charge $80 to $100 a session. Our rates are $35 to $40 for in-studio and $55 to $60 for in-home. There are any other rates seen advertised lower than us. It is typically shared sessions, like you share training with three or more people. If you are needing to afford training and $35 is too much for a studio, then you could share with one more person. It's not private, but two can be monitored a lot easier than over five, 10, 15 and more. If you choose to share, the studio rate is $25 each per session or just split with as many of your friends for the in-home rate.
Lucas Enge is doing a fantastic job of getting me fit. I had been thinking about hiring a trainer to provide structure, direction and accountability for months. When I finally realized I would not have success on my own, I reached out to a few trainers. Lucas provided a free consultation and assessment. I appreciated his clear explanation of how his training program works. After consulting with two other trainers, I selected Lucas primarily because of his approach. It's clear I made the right choice. Lucas is very attentive during workouts - watching carefully and providing instant feedback, including photos and videos to improve posture and movement. The post-workout stretching is unique and very helpful to getting past those initial bouts of soreness. I like to understand why the workout is focused on certain movements or muscle groups, and when I ask questions, Lucas does a great job of explaining. Lucas is very focused on nutrition and makes it a central part of your fitness program. His approach is keyed to long-term success. He assesses your current diet (you maintain a food diary) and gives you feedback on ways to improve vs. requiring sudden significant changes. Lucas is friendly, patient, attentive, encouraging, and very knowledgeable. I highly recommend him.

I have been training with Michael for several months, three times a week. After relocating, I stopped training previously, but have been involved in fitness training for 15-16 years, and always with top personal trainers. In a few months, Michael has exceeded all expectations. My stamina is better than ever, better than it was 30 years ago; strength, definition, every category one wants to improve has improved markedly. Sessions are focused on the training, and I feel I get more in an hour with Michael than with anyone I've used in the past -- and all my prior trainers have been well known, first rate, but I honestly believe his focus, attention to form to maximize the benefits of the session, and the challenging and always different exercises and sets, are the best I have ever seen. He is always on time, each session is always different and challenging, he keeps it fun but never lets that distract him or me from a focus on the training itself. Whether the goal is stamina, or weight loss, or body fat reduction, or definition and muscle growth, I could not recommend anyone more highly than Michael. If you are serious about your health, as I was when I started with him, I don't believe you could find anyone who is more serious about, and better able to help you achieve those goals. I am not an easy person to persuade on any topic, but I am absolutely confident Michael is the best damn trainer I have ever had the pleasure to work with.

As your Personal Trainer I will teach you either Parkour or holistic, effective, and natural Fitness! Physical fitness means a lot of different things to a lot of different people. If you are trying to find 'easy immediate results,' then I am not the service for you. If you are trying to build huge amounts of inefficient bulk, then you might want to look elsewhere. However, if you are trying to build a functional, strong, and useful body, then this is the service for you. Parkour develops both physical and mental discipline. On a daily basis, a Traceur (Practioner of Parkour) surpasses boundaries that have been placed in front of him. This is obvious in the physical sense, because we are always jumping, vaulting, and flying over the physical obstacles in the outside world that we utilize for training. Mentally however, we also build boundaries around ourselves. When we are trying a new movement for the first time in an unfamiliar location, we start thinking of reasons why this particular spot would be difficult. We say things like, "I'm really too sore for this... That looks really far... I'd do this but there is a drop on the far side... I'm not 100% today..." However, when we reach a certain level in our training we develop a confidence in our bodies and our capabilities. We can see the potential problems, but we can choose to focus on the positive aspects. We say things like "That looks do-able... I've done things this big before... I can do this." This is how we develop mentally. We pass these boundaries that we put up around ourselves. Every week, I try to do something I couldn't do the week before. All the time I try new movements in new places. It changes how you see the world and how you feel about your own self-confidence. When you start to say "I can do this" instead of "I don't think so" it not only develops your Parkour further, it crosses over to every aspect of your life. My training system emphasizes strengthening the weakest points in the chain of muscles, which will then strengthen the entire unit as a whole. I will help you learn to train in a way which will not only make you stronger, more agile, and lean; but it will give you a confidence that only comes with the feeling of capability. I currently have two methods of teaching. I have a bootcamp style hour long class at 6 a.m. or you have the option to recieve individual one on one instruction at some determined time. I am open to the idea of a p.m. class but a few students will have to be available at that time.
