Currently, she is studying under Janet Stone in San Francisco to earn her 500-hr certificate in the Five Elements training program. Kayla's true passion is guiding those on the path of yoga to encounter the stillness between life's rises and falls by connecting prana and movement, removing boundaries and embracing vulnerability on and off the mat.
