As being an LMT is my title right meow, I am currently learning to become a Jin Shin Do practioner, a form of accupressure. With a desire to learn more, I have had thoughts of getting an education in Science in Health to become a Physical Therapist, though, since I do not want to leave the state at this point in my life, this has been put on hold. I must admit, my true passions fall in the eastern modalities of holistic healing, such as theraputic herbalism, tuina, nutrition for healing, Qi Gong, and many more. Evan's a fantastic personal trainer. I've been working out with him for about five months, and he's helped me make more progress on strength training than I ever had before. For a while I had been looking into finding a personal trainer to learn the proper form of workout and better motivation. Evan is a spectacular personal trainer. He's very knowledgeable about what he is doing and will tune the workout towards your weak points. The first session he do your measurements and observer your strengths and then make a plan based on your time to help you reach your goal. I was in the city for short time, but he also gave me workout instructions that I can keep doing on my own and I am very happy I had the chance to workout with him.

Alexa is a great trainer and is efficient in Yoga, cardio and Full Body workout. She really has great techniques and really understands the requirements of her clients. I generally like to do a combination of cardio/ weights/ yoga and she combines it all in 1 session and makes it great! She is also pretty flexible with schedule and very good in communication.
