- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I typically will price jobs based on time and material, however for certain jobs I offer flat rates. There is a 2 hour minimum to cover drive time and gas. I do have a 50% cancellation fee for any cancellations within 24 hours. This is to cover the time block that was reserved and potential work that was turned away.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I like to talk with the customer about their goals and expectations, and provide my professional opinion and offer any advice as needed. This ensures that we can be on the same page and manage our expectations throughout the job, start to finish.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have been in the trades for 10+ years. I have worked in shops, factories, and for the last two years exclusively on job sites.
