There’s just so much stuff to write about my experience, but basically DeVine Physiques is like the Costco of fitness! Gabriel is a certified personal trainer, a certified fitness nutrition specialist, and a certified corrective exercise specialist! I've trained with Gabriel for about three months and lost 9.5 pounds! Gabriel isn’t your typical trainer: he’s involved and efficient. He’ll help coach you on nutrition/food and even take the time to look over your food diary and give you tips! He literally builds a fitness plan for each client in order to fit their goals/needs. He helped me train for a 5K and solved this ongoing problem I’ve been having with shin splints! Lastly, he doesn’t waste your time. Each session runs very efficiently. In between exercises he incorporates ACTIVE rest periods so you’re still moving but still getting a break. You’ll definitely walk out of those sessions feeling like you’re on top of the world. Basically, if you’re looking for someone that is honest, kind, professional, and knowledgable I HIGHLY recommend looking into DeVine Physiques to help meet your goals!
It's been a while since we had personal trainers, so there was a bit of a 'gulp' factor when taking the plunge once again. We never looked back - Sandy is awesome! Not only is she prompt and professional, but she makes working out really fun! She is open to suggestions, keeps every session fresh with a wide variety of exercises and adapts to your physical limitations. And...she also travels to your home, which is a major convenience factor. If you are thinking about bringing a personal trainer to your routines, Sandy is a brilliant choice - you'll be so glad you did!!

You will get a great workout with this trainer! He has tons of experience as a professional athlete, coach and personal trainer so he can accurately assess your abilities, help you determine your goals and tailor workouts to help you achieve these goals. Though many clients seek Sean out for his basketball workouts and triathlon training, I was looking for an experienced trainer that wasn't going to give me the same old boring workouts with weights and machines. In our sessions after a cardio warm up we would do an assortment of exercises - some of which included Bosu ball burpees, pull ups and push ups with the TRX, the ropes, dogsled running, tire flips, jump rope, ladder drills, high kicks over hurdles, sprints, mountain climbers, leg lifts, shoulder weights, box jumps and sprints... there are many many more in the mix but you should try a session with him to see for yourself. I was training with Sean for over a year before I got pregnant; he helped keep me healthy throughout the nine months by adjusting my workout to fit my needs and then kept me motivated and disciplined with our workouts to a point where I felt even more fit post pregnancy. On top of all that he's hilarious and will have you laughing in between sets. I would still be working out with him now if he hadn't moved to CA!

Trenton is simply one of the most motivating personal trainers around! He is extremely professional, courteous and attentive. I've had trainers who tell you to do an exercise then go off and talk to someone or use their phone. Not Trenton! I have been to a number of personal trainers in the past, but came out of those experiences feeling lees confident than when I came in... Vili truly took his time figuring out what would work best for me. I wasn't just blasted with random exercises after his careful evaluation I was provided with a catered routine that targeted exactly what I wanted to work on, and what Vili thought would be the best exercises to keep me healthy and fit. He listened to me, and was extremely intelligent in explaining what exercises I was doing, and why he was having me do them. I was as comfortable exercising with him as I have been exercising by myself for a number of years. I haven't found any faults in the way Vili works. After learning about your goals, customized workout featuring cardio, resistance training, high intensity interval training focusing on proper form, alignment and core activation will be created for you. Do you offer help with a diet? Absolutely, we offer nutritional counseling and support for in-home meal preparation. How long are the personal training sessions? It's 60 minutes a session. After each session, you will rule for the rest of the day. What types of people have trained with you? I have trained all types of people from young to old. I have trained new mothers looking to get back into pre-baby shape, cyclists, people training for triathlons, as well as people who just need the motivation and structure to help themselves get into shape and healthy living. What do I need to bring to work out? You will need workout clothes, sneakers, a towel, yoga mat and water (No iced water! more on that when you get here my friend). Can I train with my friend? Of course, grab your spouse or friend and train together; the more the merrier, and you will all keep each other motivated.
