The faucet cartridge was so corroded that it would have been nearly impossible for an ordinary person to remove it without replacing the entire connector behind the wall. Enrique rose to the challenge and completed what felt like an impossible task. I was so relieved when I saw him remove the most stubborn part of the cartridge. Although this job turned out to be more difficult than usual, they didn’t take advantage of the situation by increasing the fee.
