Coach Michelle was influential in me making a transition in my life. She is very compassionate but very truthful in her approach. When you are in crisis, you dont know what the plan should be or the first step to putting one together. She is very good at helpingyou with a plan and holding you accountable to it. IN the first meeting I felt hope and by the 4th meeting I felt empowered. My family begin to notice the transformation and I was much more fully present within my relationshipb. Most of all it was a great moment in my life to get to know me!

I've always cared about expanding my english vocabulary and grammatical skills. I find it comes in quite useful for a professional career. The assistance I received gave me the confidence to excel in my professional and personal life. Lois has expanded my knowledge of the english language and I would recommend her to anyone seeking assistance or just looking to expand their knowledge of the english language.

I could write a complete memoir around my experience with Fawn. Before I get into it, I want to be very straightforward: Fawn: -Incredibly smart with huge range of knowledge in counseling and resources -Infinitely compassionate -Super easy to talk to and considerate of me -My biggest cheerleader (I'm talking up there next to my mom) -Worth every penny Me: (and you, future client!) -Stuck / Confused / Unhappy -Willing to be utterly honest with Fawn and myself -Open to making big and small lifestyle changes -Committed to spend as much reasonable time on coaching exercises and reading -(4 months later) Crazy in love with myself and so proud to have embarked on this journey to create my HELL YES life I liken my experience with Fawn to be, "When the student is ready, the teacher will appear." (Buddha) I was in a really tough place in my life, feeling like I had no direction or even a compass to guide me. Fawn struck me with a phrase in her bio that said that she helps women who feel like they are stuck. I totally identified with that. I knew that something needed to change in my life. I originally reached out with the intent that it would be my career, but working with Fawn became so much more. With her guidance and support I have made incredible changes in my life, self-appreciation, discipline, relationships, spirituality, and happiness. We started unpacking the deepest of deep limiting beliefs that I had about myself. In no way would I describe this process as easy, but the payoff is oh so sweet. I have personal testimonies from the people around me (some of who don't know that I'm working with a coach) that recognize a change in my daily happiness. One of the MANY things I have loved about working with Fawn is her ability to zero in on what I need. She has incredible knowledge combined with a natural intuition of how to help her clients grow. Even if I didn't know what I would accomplish on a given call, it was her talent and expertise that helped me each step along the way. She introduced me to new methods of communication and taught me many exercises that I will continue to use whenever I am faced with challenging situations for the rest of my life. She also recommends great books :) Another area of note where I noticed a huge change in the course of my coaching with Fawn is my self-discipline. I was really struggling with accomplishing anything that felt like "work". (Outside of work.) I was a writer that hadn't written in years and through my personalized action items (or assignments) I began a very therapeutic return to my art. I also started creating a schedule and setting goals for myself. Over time, the result and accomplishment of doing the "work" totally outweighed the dread that hovers around procrastination. I was able to change a really bad habit that I specifically identified in the beginning of this journey. I have a remarkable amount of quantifiable self-improvement in my google docs that I am so proud of. I have to second another review I saw saying if "you're wondering whether or not to take the plunge..." DO IT. Your life is about to change.

My work with Coach Mike has been significantly life changing, literally! In just a short time, he has helped me to get my thoughts, goals, and dreams out of my head and into a realistic workable plan of action. I needed direction concerning my career and finances---and a step by step plan on how to get there. I couldn't seem to figure it out on my own, not to mention the lack of focus and discipline to see it through. Coach Mike was able to provide me with great feedback and useful resources in initiating the process. I know that this will not be easy, but I am convinced that because I have had his guidance to assist me, I will experience success in the areas of which I am determined to excel.

Sean was very helpful and totally professional. His office environment was very relaxed. I needed help developing my resumé, and especially conveying my professional attributes and not just work experience. Sean provided extra help after our sessions via email in the evenings and over the weekend. I'm extremely satisfied with Sean's services and will probably return, and I'd recommend him to anyone needing resumé and career advice. Thanks Sean!

He also gave me some great tips to build my confidence and offered some great ideas on how to achieve great things.

When I first spoke to Mira, I was in a really low place regarding my confidence and my career. She gave me the courage, plan, space, accountability, and motivation I needed to help me quit my job, start my own freelance business, and begin applying for a graduate degree, all without my falling apart in a sea of tears over monotonous tasks, overwhelming to do lists, and general anxiety. Mira has an amazing, calming presence, and she did a great job of making space for me to articulate my goals, vent (when needed) without veering too far off track, and isolate concrete actions I could take to move forward. We also did some mindset work together that has helped me so much on a day to day basis. Highly recommend Mira if you are a creative soul who needs a little help & guidance to begin systematically chasing your goals and dreams!

The reason I reached out to Karen is because I was struggling at work and with my studies. The session with her taught me to always ask some questions from myself before I jump to conclusions or. Karen helped me how to think outside the box. Now thanks to Karen I have my plan for the near future in relation to my career.

Emily has such a great and comforting personality. When I meet with her, I feel like I’m really being heard, no matter what tangents I go on. Most importantly, she’s patient and allows time for me to work through my thoughts. I’ve referred friends over to her, and they have raved about her as well. Choose Emily to help guide you in your career or other parts of your life. You will be very happy you did!

I came to Oliver at Verbal Ninja ahead of a big speech that had career and even life changing potential. I was speaking to a large group of fellow doctors, several of whom were what you might call “celebrity doctors.” Frankly, I wanted to upstage them. I myself have an acting background but have always had a lot of stage fright for public speaking. I worked with Oliver over the month leading up to the big event. I knew what I wanted to say, just not quite how to say it. He made my words sound like nothing I’ve ever heard before—yes, that good. Yet it still sounded like me…I felt comfortable and spontaneous. He sort of gave me the voice that I always thought I had inside, if that makes any sense. He also coached my delivery, voice, gestures, movement, eye contact, etc. etc. His tricks to conquer stage fright—especially the psychological aspect—are brilliant. The result? I think I killed it that night. Even my billionaire friend who came to see me said I spoke better than a lot of people he sees that speak on a regular basis. Even the owner of the company had this to say: “Thanks for everything, the event was great and we were very happy that you gave that speech, it was amazing! Not only the way you presented (like an actor) but also the content was very emotional, some tears were shed from Melissa.“ People came up to me afterwards and shared how I changed their view on aesthetics and really motivated them. All the “famous doctors” who spoke alongside me on the panel were super impressed as well. In short, Oliver came to me highly recommended. He leaves me even more highly recommended. If the stakes are high, he’s the guy.

By helping me focus my education and parlay my skills into new areas of expertise, Matthew helped me enter an exciting new industry without losing the value I have built over many years in television. His easy-going professionalism and insightful questions made collaborating with him an absolute pleasure. I will absolutely use his services again and recommend you do, too.

Greg was super helpful in guiding me through the steps from a working at a startup to now a small business owner. He not only helped me make careful but smart career decisions, he also helped me package myself and my idea in front of the investors. I needed much help with business modeling, financial modeling, and pitch deck compilation, and Greg taught me all in the most efficient way possible. I would not have been able to raise the funds I needed and be where I am without Greg today.

I am writing to offer my strong recommendation of Kathy Norton as your advisor and coach in obtaining guidance through the hiring process of employment. Kathy was able to take my former resume and key in on my skills and abilities. With her vast experience in her writing and analytical skills, she was able to convey the important requirements of the job specifications into my resume. She gave me a story that gave me the confidence I was seeking for in the interviewing process. Through her coaching abilities, I was able to convey to the employer that I was a strong candidate for the position. With my old resume and lack of interviewing skills, I had been in search of a new career for over a month. Now with my new resume in hand, and her coaching skills, I have obtained a new career that is a great fit for my employer and myself. In sum, Kathy is an exceptional advisor, a hard working individual who will always go the extra mile for you. I am so grateful to have had Kathy as my advisor and coach. Sincerely, Janine R. Goldman

April Fletcher has helped me immensely over the last year rediscovering what I want to do with myself and and my career. I've gone from feeling like I should let go of my musical talents and career to really cherishing them and focusing on how to get involved in the scene again. How does she do this? Well... She is a great listener - She'll let me say all the different things I need to get off my chest without judgment. After I've vented out my ideas and feelings, she offers her super-powered support and encouragement. I know that if I talk with April, I am going to feel better about my situation and motivated to go out and get things done. And she's very creative in the activities she suggests I do to reach my goals. It will range from really pushing myself, to taking it a few notches down and listening to my undercurrent - meditation - taking me time. She is a positive force in my life. I highly recommend her services!

Starting or having a real estate career doesn’t come with a user’s manual. Agents start with a license, big dreams, learn by experience, and succeed by perseverance and determination. The truth is, most brokers don’t have time to train properly and don’t make enough money off their agents to care. This consulting program is an open book policy from a broker who still operates a brokerage, sells real estate, and has a track record to training high producing agents.

        What is a life coach?

A professional, accredited life coach works with people to help them make important changes in their life, either growing in their profession or changing gears in their personal lives. They help clients turn their dreams or wishes into realistic, attainable goals. They guide people through the process of making life changes by helping them evaluate the steps they must take to reach a particular goal, then help them decide how — and whether — to take those steps in the most efficient, effective and rewarding way possible. A life coach acts as a motivator, strategist and accountability partner. Unlike a therapist, a life coach doesn’t help solve problems from your past — they’re focused on helping you move forward with new ways of acting and thinking that will help you reach your goals. Some people specialize in particular types of life coaching, including life balancing coaches, small business coaches, executive coaches and personal finance coaches. Some meet clients in person, while others hold consultations over the phone.

Regardless of which type of life coach you’re interested in, make sure the person holds an International Coach Federation (ICF) credential. There are three tiers of credentials: Associate, Professional and Master, which require coaching experience ranging from 100 hours to 2,500 hours.

        What is a career coach?

If you’re interested in furthering your career and want expert help, a career coach is a smart solution. A career coach is a professional you hire to guide you during a job search or a career transition, or to help you improve and advance in your current position. A career coach analyzes your work situation and learns what your professional goals are. They then create a strategy to help you achieve your targets. Throughout the process they should provide objective feedback and guide you in approaching the process strategically. Here are some of the tools and tasks a career coach may assist you with:

        • Helping you build a strong resume that reflects your work history, potential, and skills
        • Coaching for interviews and strategies for solid answers built around your resume and the target job
        • Defining your career goals
        • Creating a plan for job searching
        • Improving networking strategies and skills
        • Developing strategies for negotiating raises or promotions
        • Assessing why you’re not getting where you want to go
        • Identifying new positions or career opportunities that fit your skills

How much does a life coach cost?

A life coach helps clients set and reach professional and personal goals, develop positive habits, and deal with stress. Some people meet with a life coach once or twice, while others form an ongoing professional relationship, meeting regularly in person or on the phone. The average national cost to meet with a life coach ranges from $80 to $130 an hour. Some coaches offer per-session pricing, especially for one-time meetings; expect to pay an average of $100-$125. People who want to work with a coach over a period of time to explore life transitions, career growth or lifestyle changes may be able to get discounted pricing in a package. For example, three 60-minute sessions cost an average of $300, four 60-minute sessions cost an average of $350, and four 60- to 90-minute sessions plus unlimited contact between sessions cost an average of $400. Some specific types of coaching, such as relationship or marriage coaching, cost more than standard life coaching. For instance, three 60-minute relationship coaching sessions cost an average of $500, four 60-minute sessions cost an average of $550, and six 60- to 90-minute sessions cost an average of $650 when purchased as a package. Training and experience can also affect the cost of hiring a life coach. An Associate Certified Coach, who holds a certification that requires only 60 hours of training and 100 hours of coaching experience, will charge less than a Master Certified Coach, who typically has at least 200 hours of training and 2,500 hours of coaching experience.

        Why is career counseling important?

Career counseling can help you discover your career path, help you overcome challenges preventing you from finding happiness in your job, or help you learn more about career opportunities that are available to you. Career counselors are typically counselors who specialize in helping guide people into their best career choices. As professionals, they have typically completed a master’s degree in counseling with a focus on career counseling and bring a nuanced understanding of the emotional blocks that prevent someone from doing what they love or getting ahead in their current position. Here are some of the ways that career counseling can help:

        • Identify your skills and talents and how they correlate to different career paths
        • Educate you about the educational requirements for launching in various careers and what earnings can look like
        • Help you understand the kind of environment you want to work in, and which careers are best suited for that
        • See opportunities to transfer your existing skill set to other career areas
        • Help you identify causes of tension or unhappiness in your current career and how to overcome those difficulties
        • Help you create a game plan for moving forward
        • Provide a safe space for you to understand your feelings about career choices you’re making

How much does it cost to hire a career coach?

A career coach provides one-on-one sessions to help you reach your career goals or overcome any challenges you’re having in your career path. The cost to have career coaching can vary based on factors such as the number of sessions you purchase at one time and the experience and rates of your counselor. Career counselors are typically professionals who have earned at least a master’s degree in their field. Based on their academic background, supplemental certifications they have received, and any postdoctoral work they have done, their rates may vary. Typically career counselors offer reduced rates when you sign on for their services on an ongoing basis. A typical price range for career counseling services (nationally) could be $75-$150 per session. Remember to always ask if the career counselor offers a complimentary introductory session. You want to make sure the relationship will be the right personality and counseling style fit to help launch your confidence and upcoming career changes.
