Roberta painted our fireplace with a faux marble finish. We shared some ideas with her and she responded 3 mock ups. We made some decisions re what we liked and in 2 days of work, the fireplace was finished to our total delight. She was excellent to work with and is an exceptional artist.

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Baseline pricing : $125. per hour for design, painting & finish work.
Additional fees may apply depending on travel or specialty materials needed for completion of the project.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Typically, we speak on the phone to interview each other and discuss the project at hand. Next, photos may be sent so I can see the space or item to be painted, or a meeting to present my portfolio or samples pertaining to the project. I produce a quote based on my hourly or daily rates. I ask for a signature on the quote/proposal and require 10% deposit to schedule work then 30% to purchase materials and begin work. Progress payments will be billed over the course of the project or final payment comes due upon completion of the work.
