My name is Jay and I offer online coaching, one on one personal training, and meal plan guides specific to you and your goals. I train in Chino, CA. I am a certified personal trainer and have been practicing for 6 years. It is my passion to help others feel strong, empowered, and thrive from the inside out. Whatever your goal may be that you have set out for yourself, I would be more than happy to make sure you achieve that goal. I will be your motivator and coach along your journey to be a better you.
