Monica did a great job. She had great ideas and did lots of prep and research in advance. She wasn't famliar with our theme Doctor Who but learned quickly. She was great at doing things in a way to save money. She arranged the flowers herself, picked up and dropped off the linens, etc. My only wish is that I had found her earlier on in the party planning process! Having her take care of all the decorations and decor was a big help. She also said she could have helped find the venue etc. Next time!!
We had an excellent experience. We used bleu catering for a birthday party of about 20. The price was reasonable for the quality and quantity of food. Very responsive to our requests and worked with our budget. I would use them again for an event.
Marie was my day-of coordinator for my outdoor wedding last Friday. Our ceremony was in the back yard lawn area of a lake house, and the reception was on the beach. Marie was amaazing!! Hiring her was one of the best decisions we made for our wedding. Her services started out with a phone consultation where my husband and I were able to ask questions about what her services include. After we hired her, I then met with her via Skype to discuss the details of our wedding while my husband was at work. The day before the wedding, she came to our venue for the dress rehearsal and ran us through the entire ceremony a couple times. Finally, where it mattered most, on the day of our wedding, Marie showed up with her assistants and connected with all of our vendors, set up all of the tables based on pictures I sent her, stayed in contact with my wedding party and family who helped with setup, checked in with my husband and I often, and kept us on schedule throughout the entire outdoor ceremony and reception! Marie also offered her assistance with any requests my husband or I had. She and her team did all this through the 40 mph winds that kept blowing everything off our tables! After reflecting on our big day and the weeks leading up to it, there's only one thing that I wish I would have done differently, which is to stay completely hidden before walking down the aisle. My flower girl and ring bearer took a bit longer to walk down, and my dad and I were standing visibly at the door ready to walk out for a couple minutes before we finally took our first step. I could have simply requested to stay hidden from Marie or hid myself until go time, however I thought of it too late and my husband already saw me. He still got emotional though so it worked out regardless! Other than that, everything was absolutely perfect!! Everything turned out so beautifully and the events were smooth sailing! Without a doubt, I would absolutely hire Marie again and again. I give her my highest level of recommendation, and I know every bride- and groom-to-be would be pleased with her services! :)
Their guys showed up early and set up quick. Ramiro dealt with all the changes I had with no problem. If I am in the area again for a party set up, I will definitely use these guys again.
I hosted a dinner party for my husband's 40th two weeks ago and hired Chris to cook for our 30 guests. From the initial planning stage through the night of the event Chris was on top of everything. He was incredibly responsive and professional during all of our communication and the service and food was top notch the night of the event. We had plenty of picky eaters at the dinner party and everyone raved about the food. I look forward to another opportunity to work with Chris again!

I had the pleasure of meeting Diamant at a wedding that my company was providing hair and makeup for. She happened to be a bridesmaid and the bride's florist!! Diamant had made custom floral hair pieces for the bridal party and I was just blown away by how beautiful they were. She was hard working and professional and delivered the the bouquets had a natural but elegant feel to them! I like Diamant's work so much that I asked her to join a stylized photoshoot for a magazine that I was working on and yet again she delivered GORGEOUS floral arrangements that were just breath-taking. I would highly recommend Blue Ladder for any bride-to-be who is looking for attention to detail and a beautiful aesthetic.

We had Portero Concierge handle our 50 wedding anniversary party. Everything went off without a hitch. The setting and the attention to detail was superb. I have to start off by saying that Patricia is a very nice and sweet lady. That's one of things I really loved about her. She takes her job very serious and gets the job done! I called her last minute and she still made sure my event (Baby Shower) was very nice and BEAUTIFUL!! I got my moneys worth and everyone loved the designs which made me feel even better.
