Prompt response. Super nice and professional. Installed clean out to unclog drain. Guaranteed to work, and it did. Very reasonable rates. Definitely will recommend these guys. No need to call anyone else. They will handle all of your plumbing needs.
Even though he could not unclog the drain he worked very hard and, in my opinion, went above and beyond to try to do the job. I would definitely recommend working with Sergio. He was very nice and helpful.
Working in the Veterinary field for 30 years have worked with many plumbers. I was so impressed with drain 29 and David Johnson I will never nwed to look for a new company for help I found a keeper
Frank & his assistant did a great job snaking & unclogging our clogged bathtub drain.
They came out quickly and re plumbed my sink drain with better components on the same visit. Very knowledgeable and friendly.
Second time working with Tyler and still top notch service. Tyler immediately contacted me back, heard my job description (backed up main sewer line in residential home), stated he would beat any other quotes, gave me a flat rate to COMPLETE the job & stuck to it!! Definitely would recommend Tyler from Temecula Drain Surgeon.
I had a drain that was clogged, Jesse was in the area. He came over, determined that the problem was worse than anticipated. He went above and beyond in keeping the cost to me down. He made it a priority to have my drain line cleared and explained very simply how a previous plumber had created my drainage problem and what it would it take to get it to work without problems in the future. I have already saved his number and gladly refer him. I am leary of service plumbers because of the nightmares that I have heard, Jesse was a dream to have do the work, was very honest and I highly recommend him. Pete - Mission Viejo
Had a clogged sink and backed up toilet and couldn't find a plumbing comp. that would come help me on x-mas eve and these guys were my life savers! They came right away and got it fixed...very professional and courteous would definitely refer them to my family and friends...Thanks again guys!
I hired Ocho Plumbing to entirely replace a bathroom faucet, drain a shower drain and repair the parts inside a toilet tank. Edgar was very responsive. He arrived on time. He communicated estimates and pricing ahead of doing the work. He was honest and very professional. The work he did was excellent and he cleaned up afterwards. I would highly recommend him!
Anthony did an excellent work unclogging my plumbing lines at my house. Will definitely use again!!
Chris came to install our garbage disposal and was actually 15 minutes early. Showed him where the new one was and the kitchen and he proceeded to switch them out. He replaced the old ring in the sink with the new one and connected up the new disposal. When he finished he said that he fixed the drain pipe also as it was not draining properly and tightened all the compression fitting as well that were loose, I like that. Cleaned up everything well and hauled off the old disposal. He was very polite, professional and definitely new his trade well. I finally found my go to plumber! Thank you Chris and Bob.
Sink drain pipe was steel, plugged and corroded. He replaced almost 20 ft of pipe to pvc, verified proper operation, clean and prompt work. Also satisfied with three other jobs he performed.
JAVIER CAME OUT AND FIXED A DRAIN LEAK IN MY WATER HEATER, PRICE WAS FAIR
Had a clogged drain, helped me unclogged it within minutes! Friendly and straight forward. Definitely recommended to anyone looking for a handyman!
We had a leak out by our sprinkler main and we had All Pro come out to take a look at it. The tech sent out was Joseph Alarcon and he did a fantastic job. He repaired the pipe & cleaned up everything before he left. He was such a pleasant person to be around and always had a smile on his face. The price was very resonable and I will highly recommend him and All Pro to all my friends and family.
American Castles Mike To the RESCUE!!! The water heater at my rental property burst on a Friday afternoon causing some major damage to the house. The renters were furious because their items got damaged and the house wasn't inhabitable after that. On the inside, the bathroom wall and under stairway closet were all soaking wet and drywall/carpet/padding had to be removed immediately to prevent mole build up. On the garage side where the water heater located, the entire wall was destroyed. so I called my home insurance who provided me with their preferred plumber who quoted an additional $540 out of pocket on top of what the insurance was going to cover just so he can bring up the water heater installation to code! He told me that it will take him 1+ week to order the water heater (duh...get one from Home Depot take only 1hr...which is what Mike did) and that he can install a temporary water heater and will charge $137/wk! He also referred me to a water damage restoration company which I was not too happy with either. Since it was an emergency and I went with that company. They came in and ripped out all the wet drywall without caring for any molding; especially for garage doors and closet doors! It seemed like what ever the water heater didn't damage, they did. They also broke my water heater intake shut off valve. damage the water heater over flow copper pipe. All I can say is I will not use them again! Back to the plumber, something was smelling fishy about his quote and so I called and questioned this plumber. His response was "Well, I will need to flush out the gas line and calibrate your water pressure...upgrade to the new California safety quote...put in earthquake straps...install new vent line since the new water heater nowaday don't use the old vent line!". I was not convinces so I started to Google for good local contractor and AMERICAN CASTLES (Mike Tay is the owner) came up from Thumtack along with few others from other websites. I contacted them and they came in and provided me quotes. Mike was the last one I contacted. He arrived within 30min. He checked out the damages and explained to me what needs to get done sequentially to get everything back in proper operation for my tenants. Mike is very knowledgeable and very patient in explaining things. I told him what the plumber had said, he laughed and told me the whole thing was a rip off and a scam! Another crock of bull**** and advised me against it. He told me to call my insurance company to inquire about using other plumber. Sure enough I was offered the "cash out" option which I didn't even know was available. I took that option and went with Mike for the repair. Mike knows how important it is for my tenants to get the hot water running again once the water damage restoration company completed the clean up/dry out the area (took 1 week). As soon as that company removed their equipment, Mike had his crew come in the next day (Saturday) to repair the garage dry wall and finished the installation of the new water heater and brought it up to code on safety on Sunday! He even added the water pan and installed drain pipe for me. I didn't even know such a thing exists (talk about quality...he treats it like repairing his own home!). The best part is his charge for the whole job including new water heater, earthquake straps, valve, drain pan, vent and new connection is far way less than what that plumber was going to charge me. I loved the fact he took the time to show me how things should be done up to code and what works for my situation instead of just giving a price and walking away. He did an awesome job! Unfortunately my landlord insurance's deductible was so high, I asked Mike to give me a quote for fixing the damage in the garage and inside the house. Mike's quote was very competitive and the best part is he is always willing to work with me knowing my situation (thx Mike). My bathroom paint is 16 years old so it was a challenge to match the paint for the new wall. After only quoting me for painting a small wall inside the bathroom, Mike decided on his own to paint the entire bathroom without charging for it. Now that what I call TAKING PRIDE IN YOUR WORK AND STICKING TO YOUR WORD!!! My summary is, Mike successfully completed the entire job and installation in four days. I would highly recommend Mike to anyone and will definitely be using and referring him to everyone I know.
I called Clyde. He came in less than one hour. He checked out a leak that was soaking our family room carpet, located the problem and gave me an estimate for the repair. The next morning he came, removed water soaked wall board, broke concrete to expose the damaged drain pipe, removed the crumbling and leaking cast iron trap and pipe, replaced with ABS pipe, snaked line to clean out debris, patched concrete, cleaned up, and we're good to go. Oh yes, he also unclogged a stopped up bath tub drain and fixed the catch on a door (all for the original estimate). We are completely satisfied.
Did a great job moving some plumbing and the additional unclogging two sinks and adding shut off valves. Will return for main water valve that had to be replaced.
George fixed our leaking sink and clogged toilet. The response time was almost immediate. Very professional and pricing is very reasonable.
Replaced a damaged PVC pipe and patched my wall efficiently and came out quickly.
Eddie came out within 20 minutes and helped fix a clogged laundry drain. They double checked the kitchen sink drain was unclogged as well. Fair price and very clear and responsive. Will definitely use them again.
