All Service Drain & Sewer Inspections
It is really scary when you call a tech out and they come out to do something that you did not call them for. The tech arrived at my property today at approximately 3p.m. to unclog a sink, called me at 3:10p to advise me that there was a leak under the sink because it was not connected properly and that he had also inspected the stack in the basement to be leaking...all the while he had no feedback for what was going on with the clogged drain. All of which he mentioned had nothing at all to do with a clogged drain . After repeatedly asking what was clogging the drain, because a leaky pipe underneath has nothing to do with a clog...it's not clogging the sink, he said he had not gotten to that yet. However, he did mention that I needed to call a plumber...later saying it could simply be a washer missing (call a plumber for that?). I mentioned that nothing was leaking when I was there yesterday, so I was a bit confused. However, he advised me it would be at least an hour at $150 to unclog the drain or $200 for 1 1/2...
Left the property, did nothing, stating he had words with me...as the property owner, I have the right you ask you questions when you call me after inspecting my building when you were simply called out to clear a sink clog. When I called the company, no answer. Called the tech, he answered, stating that I needed to call the company, and hung up. A day wasted, still got a clogged sink! Thank you!
05/30/2025 Update to your response:
It had nothing to do with the "condition of the plumbing," you are not a plumber, PERIOD! There was nothing at all wrong with my plumbing, no leaks as your tech stated, etc. Again, you were called out for a clogged sink...I did not request an inspection of my plumbing from a drain-clearing company. Further, from the rude caller that called from your main#, "I understand you were not very nice to my technician..." doesn't sound like "Unfortunately our company was not a good fit for the issues that presented upon arrival at the job site due to the condition of the plumbing." Sounds like a personal issue, the reason your tech left.
You seem to have multiple one-star ratings here that, for some reason, is not visible to potential customers, who have some of the same issues with your company (i.e. customer service, techs, etc.). Your response to my review, lack of responsibility for your inexperienced reps, confirms the one-star concerns noted here!
