Cara is by far one of the best yoga instructors I've had at Cal State Fullerton. She is always friendly and engages with the class, allowing us to relax and take joy in our practice. She offers a variety of alternatives for each pose, which allows everyone - beginner to advanced - to move at their own pace. I have definitely improved with certain poses, like crow, thanks to her help and suggestions. This is one class I hate to miss.
Ross has guided me, enlightened me, and enriched my life in many areas. He has served as my spiritual teacher, my yoga instructor, my family counselor, my instructor and facilitator in six different classes, and an officiant at the memorial service for my niece. In all these areas, his commitment to excellence, his personal touch, his research and intelligence, and his loving care and concern come shining through. My life is tremendously richer because of his impact.
This is an amazing yoga studio. The instructors are talented, the space is bright and welcoming, and the location is perfect for visitors and residents. Do yourself a favor and try one of the many yoga classes offered, you will not regret it! Five stars is not enough.
Elisa taught a morning yoga class to 18 girls for my bachelorette -- it was a great time and her positive and helpful demeanor made for a great, light hearted class. Everyone's favorite part was the partner work at the end!

Yochai is an outstanding yoga instructor. I had never tried yoga before when I began doing mostly private yoga sessions with Yochai weekly. I learned a lot and enjoyed it! I would highly recommend Yochai with Zen Hard Yoga.
Marie is phenomenal and hands down one of the best yoga teachers in the area. I had a really bad back...to the point that I had to give up Golf but after a couple months of yoga sessions, I was good to go and my back pain has abated for the last 4 months. Plus i feel so much better - no medications needed!
Yani led a private yoga class at our rental house in Palm Springs - it was wonderful! She customized the class theme to fit our girls weekend and catered to our ability levels. Highly recommend!

I have been fortunate enough to have had Fleur as a Pilates trainer on a 1 to1 basis as well as in a group session for several years. Her expertise is outstanding. She has the unique ability to teach by example and give her students an understanding they may not have had before. Her sensitive and caring way helps develop a strong and special bond. Fleur is very aware of health issues and in her group classes addresses those needs with her clients. I am a senior and have had osteoporosis for many years. With Fluer's help I have been able to strengthen the areas of weakness in my body. There are many Pilates instructors, but none that can compare to Fleur. How lucky I am to have found her!
I've been taking private yoga classes with Christine for several weeks now and she is outstanding. I've taken large yoga classes where they don't give you much instruction or feedback, but Christine makes sure that the sessions include exercising and relaxation of your mind and soul in addition to your body. That results in a much more complete and satisfying sessions. I am new to yoga but she has shown me how to appreciate and look forward to doing it, and I even do some of her routines on my own now. It is very clear that she is a very advanced practitioner, not just a drill sargeant like you'd find in bigger classes, and that she can work with students of any level, from beginner to very advanced.

Ginger is the best! I worked with her up until I had to move out of the area but if I could put her on some kind of perminent yoga retainer and take her with me, I would. She can instruct at any level and easily adapts to whatever you need. She is fantastic at guided meditations as well which was my favorite part of her sessions.
