Our wedding was truly a special and magical day and I owe it ALL to Rolanda. If you’re planning a wedding and don’t think you need an event coordinator- think again! I was so overwhelmed with the entire process prior to hiring Ro. I remember our first conversation she said, “I will handle it all & if anything goes wrong the day of, you will not know about it!”. I hired her right away and it was the best decision I made for our wedding! She definitely kept to her word and our day went so smoothly. I still dream about our wedding day- it was honestly so perfect!! Rolanda kept in constant communication with all of my vendors, always kept me up to date AND on my toes! I only hired Rolanda for month-of coordination but I felt like she always went above and beyond for me. We were always in communication via text & phone call. She helped me plan all of the fine details that you may not even think about if you don’t have an experienced coordinator. The day of, I couldn’t BELIEVE how beautiful everything was. She really turned our wedding vision & made it come to life. My husband & I were completely in awe. Rolanda kept all of my vendors on their toes with the detailed timeline she constructed in order to have a smooth day. During the reception, Rolanda was always checking in with my husband & I and kept in communication with my DJ to make sure the activities were happening smoothly. The reception went off without a hitch & we had such a blast! Our whole day was SO beautiful from start to finish. At the end, Rolanda made sure all wedding decor went to the correct person and my husband & I were able to enjoy our wedding night- stress-free! Rolanda is such an awesome & genuine person; I couldn’t have imagined our day without her! If you’re thinking about hiring a wedding coordinator, do yourself a favor and hire Rolanda! She will work her magic, make wedding planning less stressful & make your day stress-free! She is truly the best & you will not be disappointed.

Jennifer was amazing!!! We hired her as our day of coordinator for our wedding last month. The final month she worked with me to make sure I had all the details together, trouble shot problems, dealt with my vendors, and really got a full understanding of how I wanted my day to go. I could not have been happier with my choice to hire her. Bumps happen in planning and day of that you can’t control and I was so thankful to have her there for whatever I needed or couldn’t possibly do myself. She was punctual, amazing communicator, hard worker, and just plain bad add. I’m so grateful for her part in our best day!

Creations by CB Events did a phenomenal job on our wedding! I am someone that doesn't enjoy the planning process one bit and Connie took it right out of my hands into hers. She took the stress level down completely and although we are a pretty simple and laid back couple she took all of our wishes and wants and exceeded our expectations. We used CB Events for all; decorations, party planning and event coordinating (basically everything! haha). Our event was at an outside venue (The Red Gates of covina; a private venue exclusive to Creations by CB Events) and everyone loved it. With the intimate atmosphere along with the inviting array of eclectic style our wedding was definitely a night everyone will remember (which is what the whole point is right?). Needless to say i would recommend "Creations by CB Events" to ANYONE! Every penny was worth it. Thank you Connie!! -Nicole & Eddie

Having a wedding coordinator was the best idea ever! Friends have told me how stressful wedding planning was for them and I knew I didn’t want that! Hiring a coordinator is another expense— but Alicia saved us so much money as well. She connected us to vendors that were in our budget and knew how to translate my ideas for decorations, centerpieces and favors in a cost-effective way. A huge bonus to picking Alicia as our wedding planner was all the vendors she knew. Our DJ, caterer, florist, photo booth and linen rental were all her recommendations are we are so glad we chose them. Although we had never seen these vendors in action, Alicia has worked with them multiple times at other weddings and knew we could trust them with our special day. Another way Alicia saved me from stress was the way she handled all of the communication from the vendors. She worked directly with all of them so that on the day of the wedding no one was asking the bride any questions because Alicia knew what was going on and they had been communicating with her. I would definitely recommend Alicia as a wedding coordinator. She was great at communicating with me and responding quickly. When I undertake an important project I have never done before I enlist help— why would I approach planning a wedding any differently? I have never planned a wedding before, but Alicia brought so much experience to the table. She is the perfect guide to your wedding planning experience.

Here are some highlights that stuck out: gave advice about all kinds of things leading up to the big day- rehearsal dinner location, invitations, wedding games; really listened to what we like & tailored her suggestions accordingly; was patient with us when we were indecisive; gave us a lot of guidance during the rehearsal; stayed all the way through the end of the night and packed up our parents' cars. One of her major "deliverables" is an awesomely detailed schedule of events! This was a huge asset for us. She was also extremely attentive & helpful! She was direct but not bossy- exactly what we were hoping for. I would definitely recommend her to any brides who need some guidance!
