- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Due to COVID I’m mostly doing private and group classes via ZOOM. All class are 45min 1 drop in class: $55 4 bundled classes: $180 8 bundled classes: $ 320
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
-Typically I start with an over-the-phone consultation to find out exactly what you need and want. -Then if you have music or a play list you'd like to use, I get that media and create a dance/choreography or lesson plan. -During each class, I get to learn my clients better so that I can modify things that should be easier, or more challenging and take their suggestions. -After each session together, I review the curriculum and add notes about what to include in the next lesson as well as what we covered during the previous lesson.
