I was really able to get back on track with the help of Marissa. She listened to my needs and custom made a plan for me to incorporate into by very busy schedule. I am down 20 pounds now and feeling great!

When i first started with Marissa, I did not know what i was getting myself into, all i knew i wanted to have abs lol. When i started i weight 200lbs and was able to drop 50 POUNDS. Marissa guided me the whole way through and created a plan that works just for me. She Even help me do my first ever Bodybuilding show, where i placed 3rd. Marissa not only helped me achieve my dream physique, she also help me create a healthy relationship with food.
