He showed on time went to work immediately. Went out of his way to provide a new deadbolt as the old one was unusable and did not charge me . Highly recommend Kelly.

Griffin Home Improvements was a great success for us. We needed a new electronic lock to be put into our front door. Sounds simple enough, but the door was 60 years old, and the hardware and the existing lock were also 60 years old. This wasn't an easy project. Cian did a great job, removing the door, adjusting the components, sanding / re-painting the door, and detailing the instructions for the install. It turned out to be a 2-day project, but I'm not sure anyone else could have done it. It required a lot of patience and follow-thru. We are very happy. Thanks, Cian!

Vlad is excellent! He clearly knows his stuff, he's very friendly, and his customer service is top-notch. Our front door was crooked and had trouble closing because of misalignment with its frame. In addition to fixing those problems, Vlad installed new weather stripping to boost energy efficiency, new hinges to give the door a fresh look, and a new handle we had picked up. He even noticed a problem with our storm door that had been bothering us and fixed it without being asked, so it no longer needs to be propped open. In short, Vlad went above and beyond for our project. We already hope to work with him again in the future!
