I have had a chronic spasm in my gluteus muscle that has been bothering me for several years. Ive been going to a chiropractor which helped it, but only a little bit. During my first lesson with Mindy, she was able to tailor positions and stretches for me, which diminished the spasm a great deal.
After my first session with Mindy, the pain in the gluteus was about 60% better. After the second session it was 80% improved, and after the third session the pain is mostly gone and does not bother me. This is noteworthy and remarkable!
I have attended group yoga classes before. These group classes strengthened the body and increased its flexibility, but Mindy was able to give me targeted postures and stretches to handle my individual needs.
RESULT: the chronic pain in my gluteus is gone! My body comfort has much improved and pain is greatly diminished. As I continue my sessions I look forward to seeing what else we can do to further increase body functionality!
This was my first time having a Reiki healing session and Kristen immediately made me feel comfortable, explaining the process. For me, this was a powerful experience that opened my eyes to a whole other avenue of healing beyond traditional Western methods which I felt I had thoroughly exhausted, the missing link to a profound physical, emotional, mental, and spiritual healing in a dark period of my life that came at exactly the time that I needed it most. It's like the Reiki infused me with the healing energy I needed in order to reboot my system and let those last dying winter leaves drop so that the fresh green buds could finally have room to come through and grow and flourish. I'm now in a season of Spring, my roots are getting stronger, my leaves are growing and my heart is so full. Since that first Reiki session about a month ago I also started taking some of her yoga and meditation classes and loved them so much I decided to become a member right after my 2 week trial. In addition I am now learning Reiki Level 1 from Kristen to be able to learn to heal myself and my loved ones. Full Circle Yoga is a place I never knew I needed until I found it and I feel so blessed and thankful to have found such a gem of a place.
I started taking classes in a group setting with Yochai about two months ago and now I just finished my month of taking private lessons on a weekly basis with him. I still take classes with him a group setting also. I’ve had some great yoga teachers but so far I do have to say that Yochai has an extremely sophisticated knowledge of anatomy and biomechanics. It’s been amazing to see how my body responds to the subtle cues that he gives. He walks you through movements and helps you focus on the anatomy of my body by saying things like, “now imagine that you are pushing your heel back even though you aren’t” and those types of cues help me get so much more benefit and alignment in each pose. His cues have helped increase my strength and stamina. I have over 100 pounds to lose and do yoga hasn’t been easy for me, but since I started studying with him I can feel a change in my body. Since I started my private classes a month ago I have already lost 10 pounds in one month, I can feel changes in my muscles, I can feel and sort of see my core. He pushes me farther than other instructors have but he does it in an inspiring way and step by step. One day when I was beating myself up he showed me a picture in the past of him being overweight and it really inspired me. Yochai has helped me with practicing the poses and I find it very helpful how he shows me how to use the wall and props like blocks and straps to have better alignment in each pose and build more strength. He’s also highly intelligent and also discusses other aspects of yoga with me; for example he gave me some documentary recommendations and gives me some good for thought as I am on my yoga journey in more ways than just the physical practice. He’s helped me so much due to his knowledge of the body that it’s helped my alignment to the point that about 4 occasions that My body was so well aligned that I felt as light as a feather and if the difficult pose was easy. He’s also helped me learn how to breathe better. I’m very satisfied with yochai’s services and I highly recommend him to anyone who wants to begin yoga or anyone who has practiced for a while and wants to push themselves. Honestly I’m not very easily impressed but I think he’s very gifted.
Great yoga breath training, customized for my personal goals. Sessions were customized and taught in a format that could be reviewed/practiced on my own at home. Adam offers quality instruction and I recommend his practice.
I have been training with Jacqueline for 4 months now, and I couldn't be happier with her services; she is a wonderful trainer! She is on time, responsive in her communication, and has a wonderfully kind, enthusiastic and positive spirit. I can tell that she is very well trained in physical fitness methods and I love that she incorporates nutrition and yoga, if you ask for it. She doesn't approach her clients with "one size fits all" training, but instead adapts to your needs. She is very encouraging, supportive and positive. I can't recommend her enough!
I love doing Yoga with Joy, one of her attributes is her ability to teach... her classes are very informative! What I also appreciate about her is the fact she is very receptive to my needs as an amputee/adaptive athlete. She helped make my experience very comfortable and I highly recommend her, whether you're a beginner newbie (like myself) or have tons of experience- Joy is amazing at what she does and you won't be disappointed!
A wonderful yoga teacher, and a wonderful person. I highly recommend her to anyone who is a newbie or someone who has practiced yoga for a long time.

I see Chadd Marcus on a regular basis for yoga and massage. When I first started yoga with him I was very new to the practice and he has helped me tremendously with meditation, flexibility, and strength all while keeping the sequences fun and challenging. For massage, I have to say I have never been so relaxed while having a massage. He seems to know exactly what my body needs without me saying a word. Chadd's knowledge of the body, mind, and spirit makes him a very well rounded yoga instructor/massage therapist. I highly recommend him for all of the services he provides.
Have been working with Sierra for years and I really appreciate the range of exercises in her programs and her ability to adapt the training program based on injuries, strained or sore muscles or anything else life throws at you that may affect your workouts. Sierra has a really well-balanced approach to fitness, so it's great knowing that I'm not just getting stronger, but also building my cardio and keeping my flexibility.
Anna was so great! She taught a yoga class during our family vacation to San Clemente and helped my 85 year old grandpa do yoga. He was a yoga teacher until a few years ago when he started having symptoms from Parkinson's, since then he's lost a lot of his mobility and motivation. But Anna was able to make an old man very happy by helping him show off his yoga knowledge and she supported him the whole time. At the same time she had five other people in the group of varying degrees of flexibility and strength and was able to keep us engaged as well. We all had such a great time and talked about the experience for the rest of the week, including my grandpa who isn't able to talk much anymore. Wish we lived closer so we could hire Anna for weekly appointments! My grandpa really got a lot out of the experience, and the rest of us enjoyed getting to see him do something he loves. Thank you Anna for making this experience possible!
Mari was so awesome! During the planning period, she was very responsive to our messages, which I greatly appreciated. She came to my sorority and lead a yoga session for a room full of sorority girls with little to no experience. Now we are all inspired to meditate/ do yoga more often! We will for sure book her again in the future!
Robin was super awesome! She came early to set up and make sure everything was ready to go right when the class started. During the class she was really easy to understand and said the most "yogic" things that really made the class special.
