Aria is an amazing coach. I am an Adult beginner. I’ve been around water , but never learned how to swim and very uncomfortable inside water. Its been now 3 lessons and I am already getting comfortable and don't panic as much as first time. Aria has been a great help. She is very creative and teaching me patiently.She answers all my silly questions and also always on time for the class. It is my pleasure to offer a review of Sylvia's catering, culinary expertise and work ethic. I have enjoyed years of her cooking as she and I were coworkers. In addtion she has catered a couple parties for our family. Sylvia is classically trained so she may provide any food item or method requested. She is also of course very proficient in kitchen safety, equipment, hygiene, prep, timing and temperature requirements. Now for food! Sylvia has a special sense for pairing and encorporating big flavors and complimentary textures. Whether is is fried chicken and mashed potatoes you are after or exotic flavors of the Far East and Carribean Islands, she can provide. Personally I prefer the latter and the spices and flavors Sylvia creates are completely delicious. Some examples include her Chana Alu (curry chick pea and potato), chilie spiced salsas and chutneys, and tangy tomato marinaras. Our family perferes the Caribbean flavors and a recent menu included jerk spiced chicken (and tofu), coconut prawn, chana alu, spicy mango chutney, yougart/ dill chutney, green salad and cilantro/ lime rice. Sylvia graces any atmoshere with exuberance, style, positivity and professionalism. Highly recommened!

My husband and I felt we needed to diversify our culinary knowledge so we called on Chef Yves. The classes were great (we took 3 classes). Lessons were very informative, creative, and hands on, all in a friendly ambiance. Chef Yves showed us different ways to cook more efficiently. We also learned nice plate setting decoration ideas. Chef Yves' experience from many countries in Europe is definitely a plus and a huge benefit in the overall experience. We asked many questions about regional culinary traditions. I recommend Chef Yves' lessons to all my friends. We will call on Chef Yves's help for our next special family dinner. Definitely 5 Stars. T & D.
Mark was a hit! Everyone at the party loved his service, he was fun and the drinks were really good. He showed up earlier and only left when our last guest was gone. Before the party he gave us a list of all the stuff we were going to need and even gave us the option to do the shopping for us. He is a professional.
