Although it does not appear to be much on the scale, I definitely lost inches on my waist and toned legs. Most of all, I gained confidence in working out! Before training with Nat I had not liften weights in a while, I mostly used my Peloton bike. Nat was extremely patient with me as I learned the forms of the workouts and with my uncoordinated self! I can’t recommend Nat enough, she is flexible, great communication, motivating, and will tailor the workouts to your needs! Nat knows just the right amount of motivation/push you need, but will not yell at you. It’s mostly laughter, but laughing with you. She never made me feel uncomfortable, she always made sure I was using the correct form, and did not miss a session. I can definitely notice my new strength! I am saddened that I may not be able to train with Nat since I will be moving out of the area soon, maybe online workouts 😁 In addition, I was never bored of the workouts, she kept the sessions diverse. I was pleasantly surprised because I get bored of the same workout routines.
