Trying to become a great cook like her mother as well as to impress her father, ignited Mary Edward's love for cooking. She began cooking at an early age, impressed not only her parents, but also clients in her kitchen and hospitality business.
After years of cooking, it was no longer my way. The hardest thing was to surrender all of my hard work to a group of chefs who expected more. So I had to give up what I learned on my own, to learn not only to listen and follow instructions, but learn and relearn new kitchen techniques. The experience was both wrenching and glorious.
Mary continues to live her dream by providing personal services, creating dishes to suit her clients needs and palette.
It always amazes me how food can become such a celebrated lifestyle. Its just become a part of my life and my passion. Hospitality always begins in the kitchen which is the heart of every household and business. And meeting new clients has never been difficult. I enjoy creating menus with my customers.
They say food taste way better when prepared with joy. Hire somebody with the big heart in cooking. Hire Mary!
