What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
When working with a new customer we make sure to explain the rates to them in detail, we make sure that all of their questions are answered and that they are comfortable with their decision to hire us for their move.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have over 15 years in the moving business combined as a mover and business owner. We only hire movers that are experienced and all around good people that you can feel comfortable with letting in your home.
