Latest Review: I was recently referred by a friend to try a bootcamp of Impact Fitness and I was not disappointed! The trainers were very knowledgable and energized which made the workouts fun and challenging.
We started out with some warm-up exercises, and spent the next hour working out our arms, legs, abs, everything! It was definitely a total body workout, and I felt great when I left!
The trainers absolutely rocked! They were extremely tuned in to everyone's individual needs, modifying or increasing the difficulty as needed. I'd definitely recommend this team of trainers to anyone interested in making a stride in their personal fitness. Im looking forward to the next bootcamp!
