I can't describe how much I enjoyed my experience working with Megan Brown. Her floral arrangements were gorgeous, and she was able to include more flowers than originally proposed because we came in under budget. I LOVED my bridal bouquet and the cohesive elegance of all the flowers for the full bridal party. Megan was able to incorporate my favorite two-toned calla lilies while making the entire arrangement look lush and natural. Delivery was punctual and easy, and her set up in the reception hall looked wonderful. The lantern centerpieces were the perfect match for my vision of Megan communicates well, through both email and text, and is flexible with payment schedules. I highly recommend her floral and event planning expertise!
I decided to look for a caterer for my Mom's celebration of life and my internet search lead me to Thumbtack. After inputting my needs I quickly received a response back from Tonya at Sierra Madre Catering with a detailed quote and attached menu. When I called to speak with Tonya I immediately got a good vibe from her voice. She seemed excited and eager to help plan our event and made me feel comfortable that everything would be taken care of. I am so thankful I decided to use Sierra Madre for my event. We ordered appetizers and desserts and they arrived and set everything up, brought their own trash cans and kept the tables clean as people were done eating. The staff was professional and nice and their food was DELICIOUS! Many of our guests gave feedback that the food was great and they even ran out of business cards because a lot of people were interested in having their info. At such a difficult time with the passing of a loved one, these details are important but not ones you want to worry about yourselves and Tonya and Sierra Madre staff took that burden off my shoulders and I am so thankful for that. I will recommend them to anyone in need of a caterer for any event and if I could give more than 5 stars I most definitely would!! Thank you Tonya and Sierra Madre Catering!!
I hired the queen Elsa entertainment for my daughters 8th birthday party of frozen and the party was a hit. The kids loved the face painting while she sang songs ,they enjoyed the magic show and balloon animals. She was great and on time!! I would definitely recommend to anyone for there event/party. Going to other people's party who had entertainment similar she by far the was best and was worth it the money I paid😁 would definitely recommend 👍🏻

Marie Stark was an absolute life saver at my wedding. To put things bluntly, I had a very difficult wedding party to work with and she was nothing but patient with them. Not only that, but she managed to turn my wedding dream into a reality. The entire process of working with Marie was incredibly calming which was refreshing considering how stressful wedding planning can be. I could not be happier with Marie as my wedding coordinator. She managed everything that I couldn’t on my wedding day and I am truly grateful for all of her efforts. I highly recommend her!
BEST EVENT PLANNER, HANDS DOWN!!!! I hired Ingrid and her team last minute for decorations and event planning for a work party. By far, the best decision I've ever made. My wedding is in August, and I've went along and hired her for that event as well. She's proficient, efficient, and a visionary!! Her ideas are so thoughtful and personally organized! I am so impressed with her work and her expertise. She never ceased to amaze me. I got so many compliments on her flower arrangements and decorations that for so perfectly with the theme. I can't wait to see what she's got up her sleeve for my wedding in August. Also, this wasn't the first time I've hired Ingrid for an event. I hired her back in November 2015 for my MIL 50th birthday party. Her husband and herself, arrived much earlier for setup and made sure everything was the way we wanted it to look, before hey left the scene. They are so professional and such hard workers. I got a ton of compliments on their work that our family friend also hired her for her services for their wedding too! I will always refer Ingrid, without a doubt! She's my go-to person since Nov 2015.
Wedding was yesterday and have to say that hands down, Crystal was one of the biggest blessings of the day! she was so organized and on top of everything and everyone! LexiLou Events is a top notch special event company. They are very professional and were attentive to every detail. From the planning, to the final day, they made us feel special. Our wedding reception was truly magical. So much so that guests felt they were in "Miami". The draping was beautiful and flowed in the wind. Lighting was truly amazing. Decorations were magical. Zeke Casas, Owner of Tortas2Die4 is an exceptional caterer that I've used for both personal and business events. The food is prepared perfectly and always delicious. Zeke is a joy to work with; hes very customer focused, has met my budget guidelines and worked with me to create the perfect menu for my events. One of the things I appreciate most about Zeke and his staff is their dependability. They are always on time and well prepared.
They did research by coming to my property before providing me a quote. They were very attentive to my needs and wants. The attention to detail was great and made my event look amazing. I would definitely recommend them to family and friends.
Jennifer was amazing!!! We hired her as our day of coordinator for our wedding last month. The final month she worked with me to make sure I had all the details together, trouble shot problems, dealt with my vendors, and really got a full understanding of how I wanted my day to go. I could not have been happier with my choice to hire her. Bumps happen in planning and day of that you can’t control and I was so thankful to have her there for whatever I needed or couldn’t possibly do myself. She was punctual, amazing communicator, hard worker, and just plain bad add. I’m so grateful for her part in our best day!
Creations by CB Events did a phenomenal job on our wedding! I am someone that doesn't enjoy the planning process one bit and Connie took it right out of my hands into hers. She took the stress level down completely and although we are a pretty simple and laid back couple she took all of our wishes and wants and exceeded our expectations. We used CB Events for all; decorations, party planning and event coordinating (basically everything! haha). Our event was at an outside venue (The Red Gates of covina; a private venue exclusive to Creations by CB Events) and everyone loved it. With the intimate atmosphere along with the inviting array of eclectic style our wedding was definitely a night everyone will remember (which is what the whole point is right?). Frances did a fantastic job planning out our party. We did not have to worry about a thing, she really took our ideas and brought them to life. The balloon arrangements and decorations were exactly what we asked for and she delivered. We definitely will be calling on her services for future events.

Courtney and her team at Simply Radiant Events are AMAZING. We booked Simply Radiant Events for our wedding day coordinator as we had planned our wedding ourselves and really just wanted someone there to help things run smoothly. We found Courtney on thumbtack as we were a couple on a budget. Her prices are so fair and she really is the best. We had our first chat via phone and the whole vibe was just perfect. We had a Nerd Chic wedding and we needed someone who could see our fun little touches and still set a classic tone for the event. Courtney and her team hit it out of the park! She accompanied us on a full walk through with our reception venue and helped us navigate a few tricky spots with the caterer and baker. She helped us figure out day of timeline, coordinated the processional into the ceremony, worked flawlessly with both our church and reception venue, and provided vendor suggestions while being just so reassuring and sweet. She is quick to answer emails and is super open with communication. There were no hiccups at all on our wedding day and we are just so glad we had Courtney and Simply Radiant Events! 10/10 would hire her again for any event planning needs we may have in the future.

We hired Kristina as a day-of coordinator for our wedding - and WOW are we so glad that we did. She is awesome, very detail oriented, and bent over backwards to ensure our wedding went off without a hitch!! She contacted us ahead of time in order to ensure she knew exactly what we wanted on our wedding day and how she could best help us out. She did everything from picking up wine, event set-up/take-down, and vendor coordination to ensure that our day went extremely smoothly and as planned. She knew our plan so well that she never even came up to us during the event to ask a question - she just worked behind the scenes to enable us to enjoy every minute of our big day. It was amazing, she's the best and makes wedding day stress-free. Would highly recommend her to anyone as a wedding coordinator/planner and would hire her again in a second! You don't need to look anywhere else!
Here are some highlights that stuck out: gave advice about all kinds of things leading up to the big day- rehearsal dinner location, invitations, wedding games; really listened to what we like & tailored her suggestions accordingly; was patient with us when we were indecisive; gave us a lot of guidance during the rehearsal; stayed all the way through the end of the night and packed up our parents' cars. One of her major "deliverables" is an awesomely detailed schedule of events! This was a huge asset for us. She was also extremely attentive & helpful! She was direct but not bossy- exactly what we were hoping for. I would definitely recommend her to any brides who need some guidance!
