She was able to improvise since we didn’t have a stand to hold the balloon arch and she made a ballon garland on the spot. She used the additional balloons in different spots to add to the decor and I loved it. This was not part of the package but the fact that she was willing to help. The bride knew what she wanted and the stakes were high to please her. What I first liked about Bitayo was that she responded to my request right away and called me back. She was a great communicator. Then I was impressed that she gave a perfect mock up of what I was looking for and our color scheme. And she gave a reasonable price for what we needed. I was so impressed that she actually was able to create the mock up very well. She set it up at my event in person and she was pleasant throughout the entire process. She ended up helping to set up my event as an extra service, which we needed in a pinch. I always look for kindness, professionalism and quality work and Bitayo embodied all of those aspects. I had a general idea of what I wanted for the sunset lawn event but within 1 hour of first speaking directly with Emily, she designed and we confirmed for delivery. When she arrived at the venue, she could tell how frustrated I was with the hotel's front desk. She was very calm but firm and simply took over the situation and set-up everything for me!!
