From the very beginning, there were so many details and logistics to work through, and Callie was incredibly organized and thoughtful throughout the entire planning process. She and Jeff were always on top of things, helping coordinate vendors, timelines, setup, and all of the little details that I never would have thought of on my own. What I appreciated most was that once the party started, I didn't have to worry about anything. The bride knew what she wanted and the stakes were high to please her. What I first liked about Bitayo was that she responded to my request right away and called me back. She was a great communicator. Then I was impressed that she gave a perfect mock up of what I was looking for and our color scheme. And she gave a reasonable price for what we needed. I was so impressed that she actually was able to create the mock up very well. She set it up at my event in person and she was pleasant throughout the entire process. She ended up helping to set up my event as an extra service, which we needed in a pinch. I always look for kindness, professionalism and quality work and Bitayo embodied all of those aspects.
