- What types of customers have you worked with?
STREET TACOS! TACO BAR! TACO STAND! TACO CART! We are doing parties in backyards, and doing events such as weddings. People love our street tacos, but our baja style tacos are making a name for themselves as well. Our fish & shrimp tacos are getting great reviews!
- Describe a recent project you are fond of. How long did it take?
We served 1200 guest in an hour! We set up 4 different taco carts for a very large company.
- What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?
Do a little research. I mean companies now a day's should have a strong website, Facebook, Thumbtack. We only post original pictures of our food. Some of these companies are using fake pictures. Is the company licensed? Does the company have their ServSafe Health Certificate? Can they provide a list of good referrals? Are they willing to do a tasting before your event if you request it? How do they prepare the meat, is it actually grilled or cooked on a griddle? How long do you stay at our event? Can you except credit cards?
