FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
My pricing depends on the type of training and frequency, but I offer flexible options to fit different goals and budgets. Options include: • 1-on-1 personal training • Partner training • Small group training • Custom workout programming Most clients train 2–3 times per week to see the best results. I also offer: ✔ Package discounts for multiple sessions ✔ Partner training discounts ✔ A free initial fitness consultation During the consultation we’ll go over your goals, fitness level, and build a personalized plan so you know exactly what to expect before committing. My goal is to provide high-quality coaching that delivers real results, not just a workout.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
When someone reaches out, we start with a quick consultation to get to know you and your goals—whether that’s losing weight, building strength, improving conditioning, or just getting back into a consistent routine. Next, we take a few baseline measurements so we can track progress and set weekly and monthly targets. From there we go through a workout together so I can see how your body moves, your current strength level, and conditioning. Using all of that information, I create a custom training plan tailored to your goals, schedule, and fitness level. We’ll also go over simple nutrition strategies to help support your results. The goal is to give you a clear plan, accountability, and coaching so you can start seeing progress quickly.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I’ve been in the fitness industry for over 21 years, including 17 years working at 24 Hour Fitness helping people of all fitness levels get stronger, lose weight, and build better habits. I also earned my degree in Kinesiology from San Diego State University, where I studied exercise science, biomechanics, and human performance. Over the years I’ve held multiple personal training certifications and continuing education certificates, focusing on strength training, fat loss, mobility, and performance training. But honestly, the biggest thing that sets me apart is experience. I’ve coached 20,000+ one-on-one personal training sessions, which means I’ve worked with just about every type of client and know how to adjust programs to help people get real results safely. My goal is always to create simple, effective training plans that help people get stronger, move better, and feel more confident.
