I have a BS in Professional Fitness Training and Exercise Science
- How did you get started doing this type of work?
I learned how to properly start lifting weights (with good form) when I joined the Navy in 2011. It has been a passion ever since!

Weight loss clients, Clients who require: postural/form correcting, strength training/building muscle, issues with joint pain, etc.
