I met Michael from Sunny Coast when I hired him to help me deal with my delinquent tenant that I found on my own. Since I was trying to manage my San Diego property remotely, he pretty much took care of the entire process of kicking out my nightmare tenant in the quickest legal way possible, then finding me an awesome tenant immediately to take over my townhouse. This same tenant is still there now 7 years later. Sunny Coast also takes care of any maintenance and repairs directly with the tenant, and allows me to not have to worry about this property at all, knowing it's in good hands. Their website and monthly emails also gives me a sense of security knowing that all finances are clearly and accurately tracked. Michael's strong property management background along with him and Farah's excellent and prompt customer service makes them a great team. I would highly recommend them to anyone looking for a reliable property manager.

I used Priority One to manage my property in North County, before they helped meto sell it 2 years later. I dealt with the owner most of the time, which was refreshing. To be able to get a hold of Marc directly was a huge reason I enjoyed working with them so much. Any questions, issues, concerns...anything...was handled with attention and quickly. I loved how I had my own online portal and could view contracts, statements, receipts, etc. at any time. They are a one stop shop!

I have had a wonderful experience with Maritime cleaning Company. They are always willing to do anything extra for me (laundry or clean out cabinets ect.) and they are always very efficient. I have never had a complaint. They do my personal home and our rental property as well!! I highly Recommend!!
