We hired Veronica Martin as a property manger for our San Diego home. Veronica was fine to work with, knowledgeable, easy to reach, and very kind. We were not impressed with the effort she put into our listing however. The pictures posted online for our rental were SAD!!!!! It looked nothing like our house and certainly didn't show of its strong points(awesome kitchen and yard) I didn't feel she was all the motivated to rent out our home. In the end we ended up not needing to rent out our home, so I can't speak to the ongoing management. Again, she seemed VERY knowledge and plenty capable. I just expected a bit more effort in getting tenants INTO the home.
