Wedding planning is hectic and crazy, and I kept on ignoring the preparation needed to make sure the celebration was a success. I was so overwhelmed that I kept on procrastinating because I did not even know where to start. About six months before our ceremony, I mentioned these thoughts to my mother. She instantly became nervous that nothing was ever going to get accomplished and the wedding would be a disaster. That night, my mom found Red Letter Events on Thumbtack and helped set-up our first meeting with her. The second Hannah walked in the door for our consultation; we knew that she was the right person to be our wedding coordinator and to light a fire under me to make my thoughts become a reality. It is hard for me to make decisions and Hannah helped organize my thoughts to create our theme while helping us locate decorations aligning with my vision. She always communicated with me and sent updates, images, and checklists to ensure we stayed on track for our wedding. Also, she was more than happy to meet us at a variety of shops and stores to help find items to include in our wedding and even assisted us in meeting with our vendors. We experienced many issues with our florist and in one situation had a complication arise during my bachelorette party. When I texted Hannah, she replied she would take care of it, and she did which allowed me to enjoy my weekend. A few days before the wedding, she came over to review decorations and placement to help eliminate the stress I was feeling for the wedding. Also, she reached out to all of our vendors that week to ensure all parties were aware of the times to arrive and helped answer any questions they had. She was patient during the whole process and ensured all the events and necessities needed for the wedding were prepared and ready for our special day. Two days before our wedding, she ran the rehearsal and set clear expectations for the bridal party while making sure our voices were heard on what we wanted to implement. On the day of, she arrived early and helped set-up decorations and made sure I was well taken care of and ready. Hannah took care of everything and everyone and made sure my entire family and bridal party did not have to lift a finger. During the reception, Hannah again went above and beyond expectations and constantly earned praise and compliments from our guests. We, unfortunately, had another issue with our florist, who forgot to bring a couple of items. Hannah immediately called the company to take care of the problem. She even improvised ways to make the flower girl basket by picking rose petals from a rose bush on site for the flower girl since the florist forgot it again after her second delivery. During the ceremony and reception, she checked in to make sure everything was ready including the vendors and helped answer any questions we had. Hannah is very personable, professional, and became a great friend. Our wedding turned out amazing with the help and guidance of Red Letter Events. Although our wedding was almost a year ago, we still keep in contact with Hannah which goes to show you the true relationships she builds with her clients.
I booked Annemarie for my wedding planning services and I am so thrilled I did! I knew I needed the help and I could have NEVER have done it without her! She was so organized, insanely helpful to my family and I, fun, and such a pleasure to work with. Besides keeping me on a schedule and making sure I was having fun instead of stressing on what I needed to do next , she would approach me and let me know it was time. She listened to my opinions and desires and offered advice when I needed and asked for it. She made sure I ate, which is impossible to do at your wedding. She kept everything like clockwork and with so much care and communication. I am so grateful for this woman! You are in good hands!

Andrea was a joy to work with for our wedding. We wanted to keep it intimate and decided to do it on the fly, so we needed help at the very last minute and she was up for the challenge! She came up with all the special touches that I didn't even know I wanted (until I saw them) and I was blown away by how thorough she was. She made me feel like a really special bride even though my wedding was non-traditional! I also attended a large-scale charity event organized by Events by Abel last summer. I'd recommend her for both small, intimate weddings and bigger celebrations -- she's attentive, thoughtful, easy to work with, and all around fun! Vanessa was an absolute pleasure to work with! I hired her to help me coordinator everything leading up to our wedding day. Her attention to detail was phenomenal and served as a wonderful second pair of eyes in reading over all the contracts from vendors! I couldn't believe how many details and questions there was but she was there to answer and ask all of them. It was really great that once the wedding date was approaching she started answering emails from my vendors because she already had the answers which saved us a great time of time! She really knew her way about event planning and it was so comfortable for me to talk to her about changes or thoughts and she is very flexible with direction if you change your mind. Vanessa responds when she sees your email and will let you know if she saw your email but didn't have time to answer. I loved how well she communicated with me. She texts right away and she is very thorough with her email responses. She is adaptable in learning how to efficiently use technology to her advantage. I opted to use GoogleDrive to share documents back and forth. Until she met me, she didn't know how to use and now she is an expert! I cannot imagine not having this wedding without all of Vanessa's hard work! She deserves all the credit.
From first contact to event's end, a top notch experience. Monique is a consummate professional who paid attention to our "vision" of the kind of event we wanted and gave excellent suggestions for our all vegetarian menu and great advice to help us stay close to our budget but still have the quality event we envisioned. We did a site visit so she could see the event space for planning on her end and she kept in close contact to check in or see if there were questions on our end. On event day, she and her partner set up the food and displays beautifully and everything was yummy and better than fabulous! I highly recommend her and hope I have the opportunity to work with on a future event!
