JJ and I have started an intense workout regimen that quite frankly is kicking my a@%... but is exactly what I need to get back into shape both in muscle tone and cardiovascular stamina. He is at once approachable and friendly, he doesn't shout but will hold you to pushing yourself as far as you can go, and then a little more. If you are committed to getting into shape, I HIGHLY recommend meeting up with JJ. He is also extremely knowledgeable regarding nutrition and will literally answer any nutrition questions I have as often as I have them throughout the day via text in a very quick manner. I also really love the variety of workouts he has led me through: weigh training, intense cardio, interval training, boxing/martial arts... I'm pretty convinced he can do anything. Three things you should know: 1. You will sweat... a lot! 2. You will be sore... really sore. 3. You will have a good time through it.

Aaron is a very motivational workout trainer/partner. He is extremely knowledgeable regarding different workout techniques and activities tailored for different body types and goals you'd like to reach. He not only instructs you, but teaches along the way. Aaron also provided me with great nutrition tips and even went grocery shopping with me. Working out with him did not feel like a chore, he made sure to make it fun. With Aaron, I looked forward to working out, we did everything from free weights, plyometrics, boxing, and sprints. It was nice to have a trainer who actually knew what he was doing and didn't charge a ridiculous amount to hire!
This is my first experience with a trainer and my first real attempt at working out regularly. I am a software engineer that spends most of my time in front of a desk. I have nothing but good things to say about Sandy, she makes me feel comfortable while encouraging me to do the best that I can. I love that we workout at a park instead of a gym, and she has a wide repotire of exercizes so it never gets boring. I highly recommend her!
Johnny is awesome! From the moment I met him I could tell he was a pro. He was so hyperaware of what was going on around us at all times. As far as self defense goes, he's the absolute best! I've been meeting with him weekly and my progress thus far is really exciting. I know that if in an unfortunate situation I wouldn't freeze and could fend for myself. We do everything from basic self defense (if being attacked with knife/gun/sexual assault) to cardio and boxing. I love training with Johnny and can't wait to get grow even more in my ability. I highly highly recommend him! He is also so so knowledgeable and sweet and so impressive. A living breathing better version of John Wicke but a total teddy bear on the inside.
I joined up with Jamie for his boxing training experience. I was green and not familiar with the proper style or form of the sport. He was very helpful and made the experience and sessions fun. I highly recommend! I'm now comfortable with the sport as a training exercise.
Sonia's Body Bootcamp is an intense group workout with precise training and lots of fun. Sonia has the ability to incorporate full body workouts, circuit training, cardio and boxing. At first, I was apprehensive in looking for a personal trainer, outside a gym. Being 60 years old, I liked the idea she had her work outs at her home. Her garage was set up with the equipment. She was in great shape herself. She was nice, friendly, and easy to work with. She was very encouraging and very supportive. The work outs were hard and she kept challenging me in each workout, as well as the cardio I did at home. I lost weight, inches, gained muscles and strength, which is what I desired. Another side benefit from the workouts was a better night sleep and more energy. I would highly recommend her for your personal trainer.
I went down to the Gym in Ontario . everyone was very friendly and welcoming . I had a tour of the gym and everything from lifting equipment to the boxing and other fitness equipment was explained and how it could help me reach my Goals in fitness. Also had a Training session with Pro-Fighter Rick, awesome teacher and I had a lot of Fun. The Prices weren't bad at all, Manager Chad sat down with me and explained everything and how monthly prices reduced down with different packages including Personal Training sessions for Muay Tai with Rick . I joined the UFC gym same day and was very happy and looking forward to the New fitness achievements that are to come. I recommend to those who are thinking about it to go down to the Ontario Gym and see for yourself its worth it . -Moses
I have to say, I have been trained by different fitness instructors for several years and Eric Bowling is truly one of the most thorough, knowledgeable and caring trainers I have ever met. From beginning to end of my sessions, he is constantly watching and guiding to make sure my form is perfect. He always gives the reason behind doing what he is asking me to do, the muscle groups that are being used and is pretty much a genius with proper nutrition and supplementation. I have to tell you, I had my doubts as he is the youngest trainer I have ever hired. I am glad I set those doubts aside because he truly is so passionate about what he does, keeps the workouts fresh, pushes me to go beyond what I think I can do and really takes the best interest of the client in mind. He wants everyone to be successful with their goals. During the summer I wasn't able to get to the gym for a while because I was opening a new location for my business. He called me and asked me where I had been. That meant the world to me because at the time he wasn't even training me so it wasn't as if he had to call me because I had missed a session, he called me because he was concerned. I had known him the least amount of time of any of the trainers I had previously worked with at my gym and he was the first one that had ever done that. I won't ever forget that!
