"Anthony is awesome. He has great communication, designs tough yet effective workouts, always has a positive, upbeat attitude (even when under the weather!), and he is incredibly supportive! The gym is unique in that it doesn't feel like one of those massive 24 Hour Fitness behemoths that lack in the community department. God's Gym is very community oriented. Everyone supports one another, and it is really nice to see familiar faces every time I'm in the gym. The trainers want you to succeed and are not just in it to collect money. They legitimately want you to reach your goals, and that gets me through the grueling workouts 3 times/week. The equipment might seem obsolete at first glance. However, this is the kind of gym I imagine hardcore, loyal bodybuilding athletes go to train. Rocky Balboa would train at this gym whereas the scary Russian dude would be at Equinox (Rocky wins the fight in the end!). If you are looking for a no-frills, authentic gym experience, God's Gym is definitely a great place to go. I have only been training at this gym, but I look forward to sticking with it in the long run. Plus, they offer multiple training packages for all types, and it's very affordable. I'll see you at God's Gym! "

"I just started training with one of Evan's trainers, Omar. He and his staff are friendly, professional, and very skilled. I'm excited to work out here! Also, his studio is really nice!"

"Ada makes training fun! She kept me motivated to reach my personal goals by keeping weekly track of my progress, calling/texting to check-in, and adjusting her schedule whenever I needed to change my training day and/or time. My favorite part was getting to work on all the muscles in addition to my personal needs. "

"Corey is an awesome trainer. First off he asked me what my goals were and when I wanted to reach them. At first I just wanted to drop a few pounds, but then I had to change that to prep for a physical exam for a couple different police departments I was applying for. Corey didn't miss a beat and engineered a plan that not only helped me accomplish my original goal, but got me ready for my employment placement tests. Another great thing about Corey is that he gets to know your personality. I am a bit of a tomboy and really like the outdoors-I hate treadmills or any machinery that doesn't let me move out. Corey encouraged my love of hiking and incorporated that into our workout plan and after a few weeks of circuit training, he introduced me to boxing (which I have come to LOVE). His process works! All the exercises we did during circuit training came together in the boxing lessons and I was thrilled! Corey listens to his clients, gets to know them and works with them towards their goals in a way that is both fun and effective! I don't hate exercising anymore! Thanks Corey! "

"Kathy makes working out a fun experience and caters the excercise program to your needs. She pays attention to your goals and any limitations you may have. She is one of those trainers that geniunely cares about making you a better version of yourself. I love that she takes the work outs anywhere...her studio, the outdoors, any place can become an excercise forum. I highly recommend her to anyone that is looking for a different approach to health and fitness."

"I have had 2 sessions so far and I have to say that I am thrilled with Xavier's knowledge, attention to detail, and professionalism. I could tell by talking with him during our consult that he not only knew a great deal about what he does but he also enjoys what he does even more. It can be hard to find someone that truly values the work they do for people. I feel so comfortable working with him and as a woman, especially a self conscious overweight woman, this is a big deal. I have gotten great workouts and homework from Xavier and he really does pay special attention to how your body works and tailors the workouts to challenge you but not leave you pouring sweat and ready to die. I have learned that that is not necessarily the way to go about it, especially for a body that has been out of commission for a while. I am already seeing results in my posture, my mindset, my eating/hydration habits, and of course my weight/inches. Xavier is definitely a solid choice for someone who wants to take their health and fitness seriously without getting scared off in the first session. If anything, your first sessions should be like mine was with Xavier, which is to say that it was challenging but incredibly encouraging! I really look forward to continuing my training with Xavier as I go on this journey to a stronger healthier body."

"Really enjoyed coming to Christina's class when I was on maternity leave! It was nice to be able to have a sweat session while having my baby right there with me. Christina was very good about incorporating strength training, cardio, and changing up the routines every time. She definitely helped get me back into shape postpartum! Totally recommend!"

"I have lost the weight based on our initial goal, and so elated to have kept it off. We are currently working on increasing my strength, and am excited to eventually do pull-ups. Otherwise, Andy is a fantastic trainer who has motivated me through some challenging workouts. What I enjoy about training with him is the simpleness of the exercises. I've invested in expensive equipment and programs in the past, and all it really took was his guidance through consistency both with diet and exercise. He's not afraid to try new things to reach your goals and research answers if he doesn't know it. He also trains my wife so I will recommend his services to anyone, and encourage you take your health in your hands and entrust your goals with him."

"Gabriel never fails to hit all the muscles in a particular muscle group that I’m aiming to train. He’s very detailed and makes the slightest adjustments to my form that allow me to better activate my muscles during my workout. He could make 10 lbs feel like 45 lbs. I’ve been weight training/lifting for four years now and this is the first time I’m actually seeing AND feeling the results."
