He removed the sliding door completely, replaced all the rotten structural wood, sistered the beam, repaired and replaced the subfloor, and fully waterproofed the entire sliding door area. He also refinished both the interior and exterior beautifully — everything looks solid, clean, and professionally done. You can really tell he takes pride in doing things the right way, not shortcuts. Highly recommend him for any rot repair or structural wood work. Truly high-quality workmanship."See more
