We needed many things in the house fixed (toilet latches, door latches, towel bars, outlets, etc etc.) He was responsive when I reached out, even before a big major holiday. He had strong knowledge and was able to pretty quickly assess and creatively troubleshoot each repair to properly fix it. He then took the time to explain to me where things were going wrong and what I could expect from the repairs. He also found places for me to order new parts and then came back quickly to install them. He worked efficiently and effectively and is skilled at what he does.
